I really like War Report because it looks like Clone Wars. Also Glizza's Scorn is very cool as well. I also like Brass Squire just because it looks... ummm *insert sweet word here*... yeah. Can you check out my standard tournament deck, I need advice on it.

Also the rest of the game I would start using Karn's second ability (plus his first) and my Go For The Throat to remove all of the lands and creatures and other permanents the other player has.

My first sample hand was a Peat Bog, Dark Ritual, Unsummon, Go For The Throat, Karn Liberated, Island, Counterspell. The first four cards I would draw in this order would be: Dark Ritual, Swamp, Grim Affliction, and Tezzeret's Gambit.

1st turn:
Draw Dark Ritual
Play Peat Bog

2nd turn:
Draw Swamp
Play Island
Play Dark Ritual
Play Dark Ritual
Play Karn Liberated (use his ability against opponent)

3rd Turn
Draw Grim Affliction
Play Swamp
Use Karn's ability
Play Grim Affliction (If they have a creature)
Play Unsummon (if they have another creature)
Karn should be ready to go as well just as long as he hasn't been hit.

Ideal hand would be 1 Saprazzan Skerry, 1 Peat Bog, 1 Hive Mind, 1 Bribery, 3 Dark Rituals. Then if I draw a island at any of my draw steps then I can fire this combo off turn 3.

Also try Rite of Flame over Desperate Ritual. I personally like it more.

Only Suggestion is ROLLING TERRAIN!!!! If you splinter all of their lands then you can Rolling Terrain any that are left in play and hurt them really bad. Also add in the myr that produce red and green mana to speed things up.

Most likely the best possible hand would be 2 dark rituals, 1 peat bog, 1 swamp, 2 buried alive, 1 patriarch's bidding. If I draw a entomb and swamps that would be awesome too. This is how the turns would play out for best game with best hand and draws.

1 Turn
Draw Entomb
Play Peat bog

2nd Turn
Draw Swamp
Play Swamp
Play Buried Alive (2 Death Baron, 1 Lord of the Undead)

3rd Turn
Draw Swamp
Play Swamp
Play Buried Alive (1 Cemetery Reaper, 1 Phyrexian Crusader, 1 Vengeful Dead)

Two Choices: Go for the Patriarch's Bidding with the two Dark Rituals and lay out all my zombies or entomb for 1 more
If I Entomb I would go for another Death Baron/Cemetery Reaper/Lord of the Undead

4th Turn
Draw Peat Bog
Play Peat Bog

If I Entombed last turn then I would go for the Patriarch's Bidding else I am going to attack with 4 5/5 Deathtouch Zombies, 1 6/6 Deathtouch Infect Firststrike Pro Red and White Zombie, and 1 7/6 Deathtouch Zombie where if any of them die I can bring them back and all opponents take 1 damage. If I Entombed last turn then add +1/+1 to all the zombies and I can attack next turn

5th Turn
Draw Patriarch's Bidding
Play Swamp
Attack!!!

Thanks Rustedbucket, I was considering Zombie Master but he isn't an actual Zombie so that is why I didn't add him. That is also why I have my Lord of the Undead in the side board. I have thought about adding some dark rituals to get things kicked off faster and I also have been thinking about adding Phyrexean Crusader as well. I kind of threw this together on the fly because I have been wanting to build a zombie deck for a while and I wanted to just get my idea down so that it wouldn't trouble me too much anymore. Now I can work on fleshing it out.

OMG, me and you just posted Dragon decks at the same time that are both based on pretty much the same thing. I just got done with mine and I went to go look at it on the home page and see what happened to be right around it and your deck was next to it. Crazy!

I drew my first sample hand and it had 3 rite of flames, 2 mountains, 1 seething song, 1 desperate ritual, and I will draw a borgardan hellkite as my first card. If I went second on first turn that would be 10 damage off the bat.

Just to clarify, you need thrumming stone if speed is what you require. With two dark rituals you can have one out on turn 1 and than with an additional dark ritual you can have all the rats out on turn 2. This has happened to me as well.

I have this deck but I took out the coat of arms because they are a bit redundant since they can help out opponents. Add Thrumming stones and Patriarch's Bidding and it will be damn near close to unbeatable. When I first say relentless rats I had this exact idea but with Thrumming stone to put the nail in the coffin. I can have each rat out by turn 4 and have them all be 49/49 so that is 24 49/49 rats on turn 4!. I also have Bad Moons in the deck as well. Its real quick and simple turn 1: swamp, turn 2: swamp, dark ritual, door of destinies, turn 3: swamp, dark ritual, thrumming stone, turn 4: relentless rats and than all of them should come out of the deck unless I am very unlucky. So by turn 4 I have played a total of 8 cards and hopefully I drew 4 cards as well so the chances of having the right 8 out of 11 is more than possible but still not perfect.

Tinker is a good spell if you are playing casual magic because it is banned in legacy. Also I like Blightsteel Colossus, its a Darksteel Colossus with infect so 1 hit from it and the opponent is dead.

Also I usually use green as the base for Rainbow decks and add Orichi Leafcallers.
