hello, i think you should maximize your deck synergy by taking out entchantments, which do not work with talrand, electromancer, guttersnipe, wierd and the dragon.
also, the reliquary tower does nothing here since you dont have much carddraw past jace. rather play basics or sulfur falls.
teleportal and redirect are also cards to debate, since you dont really have very much attacking creatures and redirect is very situational, better play some counterspell instead.
I actually built a deck not too different to this, check it out:

hi! i really like the deck, so I'm very sorry to tell you that you are only allowed to play cards in your commanders colors in commander. so to play this deck you would need a b/w/r legendary as commander or cut the red (or multicolored with red) cards.
=(

Taking control of a creature DOES NOT trigger "enter the battlefield"-effects, so creatures taken with the manipulator will not trigger your evolve. sorry to disappoint you mate =)

gotta love evolve, though!

lingering souls has a great time in any black/white deck, i would use is instead of beckon apparition =)

I'm sorry bro, but this is not at all cheap. MTG vault has no prices for gatecrash cards yet, so it will be more like 120$ when they finally load in...

deck is strong. as it should be at 350$.
I'd put graveyard hate in the sideboard though, cloudshift and scullcrack do little for you postboard. If you want to board in burn, take bonfire or mizzium mortar - something that hits difficult targets like geist of saint traft or invis stalker.
also, you'll want to run a full playset of boros charm, it does work!

edit: have you considered domri rade instead of garruk? may be worth a try =)

hello!
I like the general idea of your deck, but i have to say this: If your deck is an aggro deck, its really important to curve out and swing in every turn. So I would replace the serra avenger with the wojek hellbadier to have a two-drop.
also, why no aurelia? =)

feel free to check out my decks!

Nice, one of the few very solid decks around here!
I think you could get away with a third cavern of souls instead of a basic, but you have to try if the clifftop still works reliable then...
I'm not to sure about the blind obedience in the sideboard since its pretty much impossible to race your deck and its offensive uses are very limited. I think I would prefer 2 additional Furys over it. =)
Also, nearheath pilgrim? I dont know if you have already playtested this much, but I dont think you will get much lifegain out of him... I'd rather play 2 Aurelia warleader as insurance, since its good in every boardstate (and with multiple caverns it shouldn't be impossible to name angel once in a while).

hey, you may want to add grisly salvage to your deck to get those scavenge creatures in the graveyard and feed your jarad.
also, swap out your unhallowed pact for some removal like tragic slip or ultimate price, since it doesnt help you in this deck. take out destroy the evidence, it does nothing in this deck.
if you are looking for some ideas to built a golgari deck without spending a million dollars on gravecrawler etc, have a look at my golgari budget deck!

Hi, I also am a friend of the golgari, so its nice to see another deck strengthening the swarm!
As far as your deck, there are some spells I think you could replace with more viable options. You already explained why you like to run moon mist, so i wont comment on that. However I would recommend to cut a few creatures and complete the playsets so they are more reliable to draw: take out the assassin and add another lotleth troll and gravecrawler. Also, since this is a creature-based deck, i dont see you benefiting as much from killing wave as others and there are more reliable cards to sacrifice creatures like jarad or the korozda guildmage. so i would rather take another jarad and some guildmages than the killing wave.

hey! if you want to build a deck around the doll, you should probably not put in more then 60 cards, or you will never draw your actual wincondition =)
i built a doll deck as well, have a look!

hey, I was looking to give some feedback since you asked!

so here are my suggestions to you:
1. i have to say that i dont really know where you want to go with this deck. it looks like it was originally build around tokens, with the sublime archangel and monk, as a beatdown deck this is pretty slow I think, because your key-cards are all very expensive, even with the herald out.
2. your instant/sorces seem somewhat random to me, what kind of spell do you want to reverberate? and what do you need the battle hymn mana for?. I'd say one more defy death and then put some past in flames in there to make sure you never lose an angel for long. also, i think faithless looting is better than wild guess.
3. if you got the cash, put bonfire of the damned in there. makes everything better.

for a 20$ budget deck with similar mechanics, look at my decks =)

hmm. I am not sure if this deck provides enough evasion for my big dudes to actually get through. the imp and lotleth troll have evasion and rancore provides some more.. is that enough? thinking about rouges passage or guildmage...

suggestions?

edit: decided to take out the guildmages, but not too sure on that, since they were one of my few sorces of evasion.

I like the base idea of the deck, but i think you should think a bit more about defensive options. I'd probably replace artful dodge with blustersquall or cyclonic rift since it doesnt seem to do much.
for more fun, maybe add Talrand, Sky Summoner?

I have built a standard izzet deck with on a budget, take a look if you like and leave your feedback =P
