Mana ramp in Commander is such a great idea. Who doesn't like casting stuff? Who doesn't like big creatures? Yurlok doesn't. Yurlok hates mana, especially unspent mana. Yurlok likes the phrase "burning a hole in your pocket" so much that he just burns entire pockets for fun. Let's make mana burn great again and everyone miserable.
Cast Yurlok. Force everyone to constantly get mana they can't possibly spend. Cast tax card. Make everyone have to be very careful. Use your mana ramp to cast big X payoff. If you can't use the mana, use Horizon Stone to prevent it from burning you. Eat a chimichunga.
