also, it's vulnerable to mass removal spells (eg Day of Judgment), but so are all creature based decks.. maybe eldrazi monument could help u in that respect

it's a bit of a long shot since u need two rings and a spawnsire in play at the same time praying they won't be removed by the opposing player also, why do u have so many different elves in ur deck; just settle on the ones that suit ur deck best and drive it forwards in the most constructive and calculated manner..
it's a bit too slow to make good use of poison; also why do u need that mana tap/untap cards?? u need more defense for early game; I like the poisonous sliver part of the deck though; maybe change it around a bit so u have more of a sliver based deck with poison, u could also give them shroud for protection;
needs more punch, consider Damnation and hand control since ur playing black; also consider replacing Sorin by Liliana Vess also animate creature cards should do well in a deck like this
just go mono red; add the actual damage spells and ull do better; only thing this does is slow ur burn deck down and burn decks 'need' to be 'super fast' to have a chance to win
you need more punch to make this deck work; the lockdown combo with Indestructibility is cool for as long as it works, but u need more cards to take out ur opponent, which this deck severely lacks..
stalling won't do u much good if u don't gain advantage during the process; u need a better strategy than merely stalling ur opponents lockdown is usually the way to go, not stalling..
maybe add Whispersilk cloak to protect Phage; also a couple of damnations should help u get through the early game; add Hymn to Tourach for further card advantagerather than so many counters finally, consider adding white (Silence, Orim's chant) to ensure Phage won't be countered; or otherwise add another Dispel
also, add at least one Emrakul or possibly another creature; cause if u draw both, ur dead..
there are a lot of Polymorph decks coming out with Emrakul, which is great; just remember that if you're not drawing Polymorph or it gets countered, ur deck is not going anywhere; try and add silence to ensure Polymorph comes through and add a card fetcher to ensure u draw Polymorph..
I like it; it looks well balanced; only concern I'd have is u don't really have any other ways to win than Jace; not to mention Jace is quite vulnerable to burn; elementals with haste; creatures in general; cards like pithing needle etc etc etc etc
I like door to nothingness; although ur deck is a bit vulnerable to removal; consider Indestructibility for ur door; maybe cards like Gemstone mine, lotus petal,... for mana acceleration
burn decks can be deadly, but circles of protection, aegis of honor and ivory mask kill them.. consider sideboard against white decks..
u need (preferrably) mana acceleration (4 mana for polymorph..) and a tutor to fetch polymorph to make it work; as it is now, ur pretty defenseless if u don't have polymorph in ur hand consider some good defensive spells and removal to stay in the game early game.. (maybe add white or swap red for white here)
silence could also be useful to prevent opponents from countering polymorph
u dont need the mill in this deck, also, how are u gonna stay on exactly 1 life until ur next upkeep when u play near death experience?? maybe add enlightened tutor, cause u only have 2 near deaths in ur deck, Indestructability is a good choice though for this kind of deck
also try and get more of a uniform theme in ur deck
try and find spells that better suit the core of ur deck, which appears to consist of not too fast but definitely not the slowest creatures either
the deck appears to be vulnerable, a lot of removal, which always helps control, but not enough to kill ur opponent in my opinion, a roil elemental 3 2 for six mana of which 3 blue in a 3 color deck without shroud etc is not gonna cut it..
