Pernicious Deed and some sort of landramp could be added but I still like this deck. Alot.

Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind is banned in EDH as commander if i recall correctly?
Fog. Add fog. Or spore frog (see what i did there?)
Vengevine, Green Sun's Zenith, Primeval Titan, Dungrove Elder, Primalcrux and definently Scute Mob should be looked at. also something to draw cards with like Garruk (pick one) or Overbeing of Myth. just some thoughts.
Alpha Autority and Nayla. You have more than enough devotion.
Thasa maybe? For the scry? And some sort of landfetch\ramp.
If the only reason you run white is blood baron, I would considder not running it unless what you want from him is just a creature that is hard to kill. I've played with him quite a bit and though it's a good creature, I notice most run him to win more instead of just winning.By the way, pestillence is a filler. It does nothing for you except waste mana and space. Grave pact as a four drop instead? (Sangromancer + gravepact?:D) Oh and btw, bloodchief ascension stacks. If you have 4 filled up, thats 8dmg+life and you add counters the same way. Thanks for the thumbs up vote.edit: as a final note, I see someone recommending Butcher of Malakir. You will never have enough mana to cast him. You can get enough for Anowon, the Ruin Sage though. Just sayin'
While I'll agree with Courser (it's not awsome but it can help) I'd rather reccommend this: Nothing. You run something from your sideboard. The reason? Your deck allready runs 14 things that fetch mana, including your creatures and 24 lands. 14+24 = 34. You have roughly a 55% chance to draw a land or something that fetches it. Run something that helps you win. A few more big creatures, or as I allready recommended; green card-draw. You want something more greedy, run Beacon of Creation. It will buy you a lot of time, or just beat for a million dammage and give you a bunch of targets for instancs that trigger card draw on combat dammage to players (casting of course after blockers and before combat dammage). Whatever you do though, do not run Peregrination. @BigGeorge76 recommends rancor and loxodon warhammer. I agree. Blanchwood Armor, Howl of the Night Pack, Primal Bellow and especially Timbermaw Larva do huge dammage too. (blanchwood\ timbermaw\primal bellow + rancor or loxodon anyone? easily 10 dammage.)Edit: You may also considder 1 Akroma's Memorial. HUGE board impact the second it hits.
Scourge of Skola Vale will make you more or less imune to spot removal, Savage Summoning should deffinently be run 4 of in your sideboard to counter their counterspells and you need some card-draw. Either Hunter's Prowess, Snake Umbra or Warriors' Lesson. Search for tomorrow might be better than Kodama's Reach as it combos with Khalni heart expedition and you have enough other ramp. Ranger's Path instead of Cultivate so you can get rid of your lands a little quicker and FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY, GET RID OF RITES OF FLOURUSHING.
Loose killing wave, Elixir of imortallity and Sun Droplet. The rest is solid. You might want Bad Moon, Bloodchief Ascension (really, REALLY powerfull vampiric enchantment. Perhaps the only one that can be considdered a Tribal vamp enchant.) and Gravepact. I would reccomend bloodghast over Nether traitor but then we'd have to crew around with your lands which would just be pointless. Cabal coffers could snowball you completly out of control and if you feel you still need some lifegain, Consume Spirit will remove more or less anything and give you a chunk of health . I'll be monitioring with intrest.
I think your deck is pretty solid for a vampire deck but I'm just gonna post the names of a few cards you may want to look at. I do of course not reccommend you exchange your deck with these samples but I think you should take a few moments to considder them individually. I'm sorry if I seem to swamp you with this, but I assure you the pun is not intended but the good intentions are.Instants & Sorceries"Profit // Loss", "Life // Death", "Ready // Willing", "Pain // Suffering", "Night // Day", "Grasp of Darkness", "Consume Spirit", "Vampiric Tutor", "Corrupt", "Tendrils of Corruption"EnchantmentBloodchief AscensionCreaturesstaples:"Anowon, the Ruin Sage", "Blood Baron of Vizkopa", "Bloodline Keeper", "Blood Artist", "Bloodghast (really, really recommend this one. You can just keep running at them non stop as much as you want)", "Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief", "Gatekeeper of Malakir (2\2 AND a removal for 3 mana? who doesn't want?)", "Tithe Drinker (does a LOT more than it looks like at first glance.)", "Sangromancer", "Kalastria Highborn", "Pulse Tracker", "Korlash, Heir to Blackblade"Non staples:"Guul Draz Vampire", "Mephidross Vampire", "Quag Vampires", "Ascendant Evincar"
Firtly you offer very little in the form of constructive criticism, preffering your own arroganse. This is evidenced by your complete disreguardment of my previous anwsers. Secondly Assemble the legion is too slow. This deck is is not designed to reach 5 lands anytime early, if at all, and most people run 1 or 2 things to eliminate enchantments. I also do not need "win more". I win when I drop 6 dammage and 3 blockers with Scion. Especially since i tend to have my voices destroyed the turn before or by forced board wipe, giving me the oportunity to attack with it as a 4\4 or larger.
This deck is not leagal in commander. Your commander is monogreen even though he has a black mana symbol in his rulings text
I'm sorry but this needs to be said: HOLY SHIT
I think this is definently a strong deck, however I would have explored the option of making room for Bident of Thassa, for the "Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you may draw a card."
Actaully, I have scientific proof that statistics are for me. Keep playing in safeland and considder that i will 99\100 times flood at 5 lands. And considder that you've only flamed in this post, not given constructive critizism. Also what kitchen table standard-leagal deck is at 330 dollars average?

I wonder what Twitch.tv will say about this deck?
Delightfull deck. i give it 10\10.Purphoros, God of the Forge, would also help. I have a simelar deck if you'd like a look. Name of PyroPurp.
It hits land drop well enough. Including 1 match where I missplayed, it's won 13\15 games on a best of 3 basis. You just need 1 creature per turn so you curve out for the first 3 turns if you've seen 2 lands total. I also scry a lot so it's not really a problem, however you NEED to be able to play at a competative level for it to work and you have to trust your deck completly. It will give you what you need as long as you don't doupt it and stop shocking yourself with lands to save HP.
