Essence harvest is an awesome pick here! Definitely surprised to see it used.

I'd prefer to make this deck budget, so no snapcaster or revelation. I already own most of this, except chalice and urban.

I like to put both Grapeshot and Scrapyard Salvo in the deck in case the combo fizzles. I made a similar deck:

Yeah, I've made this deck too. It's pretty fun. You probably want to focus more on casting non-green spells to bump up the dryad.
Here's mine if you want to compare: http://www.mtgvault.com/dnoc106/decks/delvergro/

Earnest fellowship is a good enchantment. I'd take out one or two Day of Judgement. Also Leyline of Sanctity seems better than witchbane orb, and it's an enchantment too. Auriok Champion is a good creature.

I think this deck will probably do well against slower decks like Tron, but I don't know about quick decks like Jund, Second Breakfast, Scapeshift, or heavy control like Faeries.

I took out blue and added transmute cards so I can reliably find Heartless summoning and Fecundity.

Yeah, I don't know, I need way to make sure I have the right mana at turn 3.

Volcanic strength is more for the +2/+2 than the mountainwalk.

By the time I mill myself, I'll either have won or gotten beaten down. Control/mill really isn't a threat right now in standard. I may sideboard one if in playtesting I deck myself, but I haven't yet.

That's right, $2.42.
