If you're running an indestructible commander Pariah would probably be a really good choice.

I actually JUST started running Karmic Justice this week in my Sigarda version of this deck because of a misunderstanding of the rules. I was under the impression KJ wouldn't work with board wipe because a wipe killed the enchantment at the same time as everything else. It doesn't work like that, though, according to rule 603.6d which more or less states that exist-the-battlefield effects check the state retroactively. So if someone casts a Tranquility and KJ is in play it will still trigger for every permanent you lose. Wanna cast Tranquility? Then I'll kill your lands :)

Auras to consider:

Battle Mastery: Because double strike is always OP. Honestly the biggest problem with Battle Mastery is it winds up being the best card to tutor for in most situations.

Indestructibility: I'd much rather run this over Gift of Immortality when there are no enter-the-battlefield effects to piggyback off it because with Gift any other auras don't come back when it dies. Plus in a pinch Indestructibility can go on anything not just creatures. I'd probably run Shield of the Oversoul over Gift, too.

Pariah- Slap it on Karametra (or better yet someone else's Theros god) and nobody will even bother attacking you.

Enchantments to consider:

Abundance- It's solid on it's own letting you guarantee a land or guarantee you don't get a land, but if you happen to have Sylvan Library out it lets you keep all three cards.

Aura of Silence- Stony Silence is great, but you can make everything even worse with this, plus sacc it if you need to take something out.

Karmic Justice- Makes everyone decide that Tranquility or any board wipe is a bad, bad idea when it lets you take out a dozen of their permanents in the process.

Wheel of Sun and Moon. Put anything that dies back in the library to be tutored up again.

I actually had this deck for awhile but had it stolen at an event and haven't rebuilt it. It was relatively cheap to build and fun: http://www.mtgvault.com/doctorhydrogen/decks/keranos-god-of-storms-edh-3/

All ping creatures (Prodigal Sorcerer, Prodigal Pyromancer) hiding behind a soft wall of stuff that prevents combat damage (Glacial Chasm, Statecraft, Meishin, the Mind Cage) but lets your guys assassinate (Charisma, Basilisk Collar, Gorgon's Head, Dismiss Into Dream) with impunity.

I myself would run Return to Dust over Shattering Blow. Yeah, it's twice as much to cast, but it can hit two targets, and it can hit enchantments, and since it's an exile that means it takes out Theros gods.

Yeah, Putrefy is one more mana than Ultimate Price to cast but it has no restrictions on creature colors AND you can use it to hit an artifact in a pinch AND it stops regeneration so it works on stuff like . . . . well, nobody regenerates stuff, but still. For that matter Hero's Downfall is also just one more to have no restriction on color and it also hits planeswalkers.

I'd wager than in the average game Deathreap Ritual draws more cards than Underworld Connections, and it does it without costing you life or tying up a land.

Things I'd consider:

Chaos Warp: Otherwise you'll be in trouble when someone slaps a Pariah on a Heliod or drops a Grave Pact with a token/sac engine or Propaganda next to a Ghostly Prison. I'd probably slot it in over Fury Charm.

Illusionists's Bracers: Double the tokens Krenko craps out. You're running Rings, but they stack and it doubles your chances of drawing one.

Chaosphere : Not sure where I'd slot it in but it makes fliers a lot easier to deal with.

Gratuitous Violence: Over Dictate of the Twin Gods or Furnace of Rath. it's a tough call. Yeah, you can flash in Dictate, and I would imagine you plan is to do so when you can deliver the killing blow so the fact that it helps everyone won't matter, but the reality is there are a lot of situations where it's going to be a card you really don't want on the board. Plus there will be times where you play it, think you're going for the killing blow, and someone instants a Fated Ret or Rout or just plain old fogs, and you've got to deal with double damage coming at you the next turn. On the other hand Dictate and Furnace both do effect non-combat damage like Vicious Shadows or Purphoros. I'm not sure there's a wrong answer to be honest. Maybe just run all three as GV stacks with the others :)

Viashino Heretic: Over Torch Fiend. Yeah, it's one more to cast and one more to activate, but it's reuseable and it deals damage equal to the artifact's cost.

Glacial Crevasses: It can buy you a whole lot of turns of taking zero damage.

Vandalblast: I'd probably run it over Smelt. You still have one instant-speed artifact removal, and this costs the same as Smelt to hit one thing at sorcery speed, but it has the option to overload and destroy everyone's artifacts but yours.

Genesis wave is one-and-done though. No reason you couldn't run both. Your card draw options are so limited you're going to run out of gas unless you have a few other ways to get extra stuff from the library.

Gotta find room for Chaos Warp, or you'll be in trouble when someone slaps a Pariah on a Heliod or drops a Grave Pact with a token/sac engine.

Parallel Lives (along with Doubling Season and Cathar's Crusade) are the cards in my friend's Marath deck that slit the most throats.

You could always try to win via alt win conditions like Azor's Elocutors, Felidar Sovereign, Test of Endurance, and Darksteel Reactor.

Mask of Avacyn, Whispersilk Cloak, Lightning Greaves, Champion's Helm, General's Kabuto, Swiftfoot Boots and Darksteel Plate are probably the best options.

Here's the Athreos deck I built after struggling with Shirei: http://www.mtgvault.com/doctorhydrogen/decks/athreos-god-of-passage-edh/

The big problem I had when I ran this deck was the fact that without Shirei it was more or less unable to do anything, and people figured that out really, really quickly. You could pack some protection (Lightning Greaves, Champion's Helm, Swiftfoot Boots) to keep him out and alive, or just do what I did and switch to Athreos as a commander.

Traumatize? A self-targeted Traumatize tends to stick 15-ish enchantments onto Bruna.

You're gonna need some way to refill your hand or I think you'll run out of gas. Wheel of Fortune and Reforge the Soul are options, as are artifact draw like Mind's Eye, or pseudo-draw via tutoring up 1 cmc goblis with Citanul Flute each turn, etc.

Dolmen Gate is a beast in Kaalia, because it lets you attack even into suicidal situations just to put a creature into play knowing it and Kaalia will stay safe.

No Doubling Season or Parallel Lives or Cathar's Crusade? I play against a similar Ghave deck weekly and those three cards scare the living crap out of me.
