Given all your deathtouch dudes I'd find a slot for Viridian Longbow

Druids' Repository might be the most OP card in my friend's Prossh deck. It's insane. Attack with the kobolds then sacc them immediately, yay, 6 free mana.

IMO find room for Pestilence or Pyrohemia (or both). One of Kaalia's biggest problems is someone crapping out token chump blockers. Being able to sweep them away whenever it's convenient is really, really useful.

Vault of the Archangel would be useful.

Terminate is great, but given the choice I personally would probably run Unmake over it. One mana more for an exile seems worth it, but my meta sees a Tajic deck, a Avacyn deck, and Theros gods everywhere, so I need as much exile as I can get. YMMV.

Or Dolmen Gate so when you attack your guys don't take damage

Honden of Night's Reach is amazing in Nath. Set it and forget it and make dudes every turn.

Sundial of the Infinite lets you keep Geist tokens forever. I've got a friend who plays Geist and it's super annoying :)

Sundial also works with Sudden Dissapearance, though I'm not necessarily sure it's worth running just on the off chance you get the combo. He does, and it's devastating when he pulls it off, or nice to use before you Wrath, etc.

Crackdown screws over a lot of people in mono-white.

All those snow lands and no Extraplanar Lens?

That's exactly when I use mine. "Oh, you saw the table was goofing around with someone playing morph tribal and a guy using only cards featuring pirate artwork but you decided to play a two-thousand dollar Kozilek deck anyway? Yeah I'm just gonna take all your crap and hit you with it."

I just started using Horizon Spellbomb last week. It's okay. I just wish there was one more little artifact like Wayfarer's Bauble or Expedition Map that put the land into play :)

The problem with Merieke decks is it can lead to a really chilled board state and slow non-interactive games because nobody wants to play stuff knowing it'll just get taken. At least with Rubinia you assume she'll just take the biggest beater and keep it, but Merieke wants to take EVERYTHING.

I bust the deck out on occasion but to be honest it just makes for an unfun experience for everyone way too often to play regularly. YMMV there.

Arena of the Ancients is a star in my Merieke deck. It doesn't really affect you at all, and it screws everyone else over. I also run Leyline of Singularity as an anti-token measure, and the combo is absolutely devastating.

At least in my version of Glissa mana just isn't an issue very often. If I hit Wayfarer's Bauble or Expedition Map, etc. I reuse it so much that I wind up half a dozen land drops ahead of anyone else.

Mishra's Bauble and Urza's Bauble are my real workhorses. I drew I think 11 cards with one this week, including like four in one turn. I've had games with a Vedalken Orrery in play where I've drawn upwards of 20 cards with one.

I like Lifespark Spellbomb, I may have to slot one in. That could blow out a lot of lands.

Wave of Vitriol is going to hurt other people a lot more than it hurts you.

Primal Order would absolutely wreck some decks if you had one.

The only thing better than Cabal Coffers is two of them, i.e. Vesuva. The only thing better than two of them is three, i.e. Thespian's Stage.

IMO the flexibility on Hero's Downfall enabling a Planeswalker kill if need be is worth the one extra mana.

Imp's Mischief has saved me more games than I can count in my mono-black deck.

Decree of Pain only costs one more to cycle than casting Massacre, and it's uncounterable and draws you a card, plus it lets you hard cast it if need be to draw a ton of cards.

Future Sight is a hero in Talrand. I've chained a dozen cards in a single turn off it. I actually used it last week to cast and counter like four or five of my own spells just to make enough tokens for an alpha strike.

I'd find a slot for Polymorph, too. It makes you a token when you cast it, so essentially it reads "3U: Put Jin-Gitaxis, Tidespout Tyrant or Windreader Sphinx from your library directly into play."

Quicksilver Fountain can do solid work in mono-blue, too.

I ran Kemba for awhile, and it was my experience that the absolute best cards to put on him are ones that keep him from being ganked. Greaves, Swiftfoot Boots, Darksteel Plate, Whispersilk Cloak, Mask of Avacyn, Champion's Helm, General's Kabuto, etc. Your meta may run less removal so that may not be an issue I guess, but I absolutely HAD to keep her protected.

Odric Master Tactician, Mirror Entity and Cathar's Crusade flat-out win games in Kemba, too.

It's a good deck but it's one of those decks where you need to be aware of who you're playing against and what deck they're playing. The guy at my store who runs one is NOT aware of that, so he sits down at a table with people playing goofball stuff and turn 4 Kozileks and then proceeds to be smug dick because he just beat a guy running a Ramirez de Pietro pirate tribal he made for lulz. The end result is then he spends half of EDH night sitting alone because a lot of people don't want to play with a douche.

Some decks are made to win, and some decks are made to play, and those are different things. One isn't necessarily a better way to play than the other, but they're often times incompatible.

Note: I'm not implying Dark-SteelSkyguard doesn't know the difference. It's just an observation worth mentioning because it comes up with Kozilek (and Zur, Arcum, Sharuum, Omnath, etc.).

A deck w/ that many creatures needs a Lurking Predators. I'd be pretty tempted to run Wild Pair, too.

Since money doesn't seem to be a limiter I'd run Vindicate over Dreadbore or Wrecking Ball.

I agree with the first poster regarding swapping some menial damage for draw. The biggest problem with Kaalia decks (aside from the fact that they're super easy to lock down just by killing Kaalia) is that they run out of gas fast. Phyrexian Arena, Underworld Connections, Necropotence, etc. are all your bros. Even Wheel of Fortune and Reforge the Soul are solid here, but you need something or you'll be in top-deck mode post-haste.
