I'd think Lurking Predators would be a good fit, probably Mosswort Bridge as well.

That's a whole lot of red mana symbols just crying out for a Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx.

Blood Moon and Stranglehold would be a nice boot in the ass to pretty much everyone else not playing mono-red.

I pulled Abrupt Decay from my Glissa deck. There's just too much stuff it doesn't hit. Beast Within never lets me down in that slot, however.

Cultivate is a great card, but you can only use it once. Wayfarer's Bauble will come back to your hand every time a critter dies as long as Glissa is in play. I've used it 5-6 times in a single game before. Wander's Twig, Traveler's Amulet, and Expedition Map fill a similar void.

Tempting Licid is a cheaper-to-use version of Noble Quarry with a bigger body.

Triangle of War has a lot of nice reusablity in that you can have Glissa fight some small creature, kill the creature, and automatically bring Triangle back to your hand.

The two single most useful cards in my Glissa deck are Mishra's Bauble and Urza's Bauble. Essentially they let you draw a card for zero mana, and whenever a creature dies and Glissa is out they come back to your hand to be recast for zero so you can draw another card. A single bauble has drawn me a dozen cards in a single game before.

Not that I'm aware of.

I personally don't like mana dorks because I see soooo many board wipes where I play, so I run just rocks. YMMV.

Mana Vault is a beast in Derevi, as is Nature's Will.

Wouldn't Hero's Podium be kind of a house here?

A single Darksteel Plate probably costs more than the entire 60 card deck, though. It's a great card (and really six bucks or whatever isn't terribly expensive) but if you're going for a sub-seven dollar budget deck it doesn't fit.

Azorius Signets are under fifty cents each and are more efficient than Obelisks.

Why not Spike Weaver over maybe Tangle? With Conj Closet it's infinite fogs.

I forgot Mine was still considered one of those old mono-artifacts. Good point re tapping it with Derevi.

There's so any ways to draw cards with blue in the mix I'd hate to run Howling Mine and let everyone else draw them, too. After all in a four player game you're only gaining one card to your enemie's three. Rhystic Study could well draw you 3-4 cards in between turns, and I've seen Mystic Remora draw double digit cards in a late game without even having to pay the upkeep once. Just a thought.

You've got a couple of duplicates (Spectral Flight, Bant Panorama).

Doesn't Bruna basically render Retether unnecessary?

No single card wins me more games with my Bruna deck than Traumatize. "Yeah, I'm gonna mill myself for 42 cards. Bruna attacks and sucks 18 enchantments from the graveyard onto herself. You take 484 damage."

Observations:

You have no way to deal with an opponent's artifacts or enchantments aside from Krond attacking while enchanted. Generally my rule of thumb is I want at least 3 targeted ways to nail problem artifacts/enchantments, and preferably ways to exile/tuck them vs. destroy them because there's so many indestructibles out there (Theros gods, Darksteel stuff, etc). Otherwise someone is going to drop a Platinum Angel or Story Circle or Eldrazi Monument in a token deck and your game is pretty much over. I'd start with Revoke Existence, Path to Exile, and some combination of Deglamer/Fade Into Antiquity/Unravel the Aether.

Oblivion Ring and Oblation always feel like must-haves in any white deck, too. They'll hit any non-land permanent, including creatures, and you currently don't have much creature removal.

Your land base is too lean. I run 36 in most of my two color decks, and the people I play with are really, really liberal with partial mulligans; in most environmetns I wouldn't be comfortable with 36, let alone 30.

Ancestral Mask seems like it would be absurd in this deck. So would Serra's Sanctum, but that's a much harder and more expensive card to acquire.

Hope that helps. Good luck!

EDH is a super fun format, and I hope you have fun with it! It's pretty much all I play anymore.

I wouldn't split, because really only people who run mono-white are going to run have enough plains for it to matter. Anyone running a two colored deck is going to be running so many duals, etc. that even if they are playing white they'll rarely have more than 4-5 tops in play at once. Why handicap yourself every game just so a few opponents who play white get slightly less mana from your Lens?

For lands:

Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx is going to be generating a ton of mana.

Emeria, the Sky Ruin is going to be useable pretty fast.

You could run all snow-covered Plains and an Extraplanar Lens for double mana that other people couldn't take advantage of.

Other stuff:

Revoke Existence > Disenchant because it hits Theros Gods, Darksteel stuff, etc.

Maybe Oblation over Celestial Flare? It hits anything, not just creatures, and it's always nice to tuck stuff.

Thrumming Stone could probably chain into multiple Relentless Rats pretty often.

Citanul Flute would be a decent way to fetch a cheap rat each turn.

Ogre Slumlord makes rats.

Overall, cool deck.

I'd run Hero's Downfall or at the very least Murder over Doom Blade myself. Yeah, it costs one more to cast, but it hits black creatures (and Planeswalkers in the case of Hero's Downfall). I'd be annoyed as hell holding a Doom Blade in hand I can't use to kill a Nekusar who keeps doing 7 damage a turn thanks to Teferi's Puzzle Box or a Liliana about to ult with too many blockers in between to take her down through damage, but I'm rarely going to be annoyed that I spent one more mana on a Hero's Downfall to kill something I could have used Doomblade to kill.

Similarly why not swap Erase with Revoke Existence (or Path to Exile) and let it exile artifacts, too (or two of them in the case of Path)?

Chromatic Lantern > Obelisk of Esper. Same CMC, produces the same mana, and Lantern does mana fixing.

Dissolve is a great spell, but for the same CMC Hinder lets you tuck someone's general where they can't recast it, and a vast majority of the time that's going to be more useful than a Scry 1.

The Scry 1 on Aqueus Form is useful no doubt, but how often does the creature get 2-for-1'ed? Something like Whispersilk cloak adds unblockable AND can be used to protect a general since it adds hexproof, and it won't go to the graveyard if/when the creature dies. It also fits with your artifact synergy.

Fabricate is good, but Demonic Tutor costs one less and can fetch anything not just artifacts. It is a 10 dollar card though and not one easily found, so I understand not running it.

I good friend of mine runs a Ghave token deck so I play against it weekly :)

Personally I'd run either Murder or Hero's Downfall over Doomblade if you decided to run both, but I see a lot of black and it would drive me nuts to be unable to use it on a black creature. If I was gonna pull a spot removal spell out it would probably be afterlife.

My friend runs Rootborn Defense to great effect, too. Worst case it's three mana for a populate, which isn't terrible if you're populating a big 3/3 beast or something. Best case it lets you laugh off someone else's Day of Judgement (or your own if you have enough mana to cast both).
