well I cannot be sure but i think you are new to magic if you are not aware of how awesome sac lands are! they dont just get one land out of your deck it gets two! tharefore making your deck smaller with less lands so you have a better chance of drawing somthing thats going to win you the game.

Ill let you in on a secret you are doing it right which is hard to believe knowing almost everyone i comment on is doing it wrong but i do have one piece of advice how about another Unlimited tern combo for the win would that be nice? of course it would so Time Sieve + Thopter Assembly = well you get the point you mite wanna run some transmute to get the cards you need BTW i use it allot and it really helps.
I love artifacts i play allot of decks in all formats with them but Platinum Emperion is no where near as good as Platinum Angel with Platinum Emperion you still get possiond to death and he is more mana if you get screwed out of having what you need to cast it or put it into play aka "crap my transmuter got surgical extractioned" now i did that what you need away to keep on playing Mycosynth Golem is a bomb i am not sure why you are not running him so that's all the advice i have hope with this you can start kicking some butt!
