I'm sorry but I don't quite understand this part "if all your creatures have first strike, it's as usefull as if none of your creatures had first strike". As for double strike, I can't get that till turn four at least. Also, a 1/1 with first strike on turn one is nothing to sneeze at. Pus I needed some one drops.

You're absolutely right :-) In fact, I think Unsummon is a far underestimated card that deserves more credit than Mizzium Skin. However, the reason Unsummon is in this deck is because he needs a way to pull back his Illusions if they get targeted. Except, he doesn't like to sacrifice them. So even though Unsummon is a great card, he needs something to protect his creatures. Plus Unsummon will come out soon, Mizzium Skin will be the replacement. Plus, not all his creatures will get destroyed by being targeted. At least that's what I think. I've been known to be wrong. Oh, and the Overload is pretty cheap, it wouldn't be to bad. Basically, don't think of it as anything besides it's Overload. However, if he needed to play it on something like Krovikan Mist, he now has the option to use the one mana ability.
Honestly, I think you could do with two less land. 21 land is the best chance of getting 2 land in your opening hand and then you would get 2 more land shortly after. You could take out the two land for Gristly Salvage. Plus with Gristly Salvage you would be able to get more land. Oh, and I think you should sideboard Golgari Charm.
Dang, you see, since slivers is essentially a tribal boosting it's creatures, many players make it 90% creatures. I've never seen one with more instants. I'm curious as to how it would stand up to other decks.

I would buy this deck in a heart beat. Would you consider taking out Archaeomancer for Ethereal Armor? It's an enchantment obviously and it would pair nicely with Ascended Lawmage.
I apologize. I came to this deck to give a suggestion and that's what I should do. I noticed you took out Empty the Warrens for Goblin Charbelcher. Have you considered putting in something like Demonic Tutor to make sure you get the cards you need. By the way, it doesn't have to be Demonic Tutor that was just an example.
