Running 4 of each isn't competitive at all, you will lose the game cuz of deaddraw. And idk if you looked the deck carefully, cuz Pristine Talisman + Sanguine Bond and Sorin are also my win conditions, im not just focusing on Sanguine and Exquisite.

Well, I want to keep my deck Modern, but your suggestions are really nice! (never thought about to summon a 20/20 creature with indestrucbility in turn 2 with Hexmage)
There's no good uw creatures in return to ravnica, seriously, I can't find others good cards except Lyev Skyknight and Judge's Familiar, that's why I prefer Stalker( he's the best creature that fits in a UW deck in T2), he's the main win condition of this deck.
Nocturnus is much better than Bloodline Keeper( just personal preference).

I already have 4 Demonic Tutor, 4 Diabolic Tutor and some draw power( sign in blood, ponder, gitaxian...)
Really, very nice concept. Force your opponent creatures to attack Gideon by using his +2 with 1,2,3 or 4 Norn's Annex on the field, then activate Safe Passage lol.
Return To Ravnica sure is a great serie. The only card who scare and frustrate me is Dreadbore...2 mana(RB) to destroy TARGET CREATURE( yeah destroy target creature, like murder ) or PLANESWALKER( wtf??! ). Seriously this is too OP I can't believe Wizard Of The Coast created a card like this...even if it is a sorcery.

Yeah It's better to transform Erayo before playing Rule Of Law. Curse Of Exhaustion is good idea but it cost 4 to cast.
