Went up against a Bant flicker with Derevi, Jund sacrifice with Prosh, and a Dimir with Oona. With me having the best board state for most of the game, I was being ganged up on rather harshly. My deck had a total of 24 cards left, and only one of them was a land card, so I decided my best move was to give the game to the Bant deck. He had a wurmcoil engine on the field, so I Obliterated the field, and he killed the Jund and Dimir off and we shook hands. Fun game, even if I didn't get to do too much.
My go to deck for Commander is now Arcanis the Infinite. It's more consistent than Mishra, but Mishra is a bit more fun to play.

I like the idea for this deck. Mill in Commander is so hard to pull off, but from the looks of it, you're giving it a damn good shot. My only issue with the deck is that many commander decks run eldrazi shuffle in their decks ( At least in my play group), so milling them out completely is basically impossible. I've found the only way around this is exile their graveyard as the eldrazi is being put in, or exiling the eldrazi somehow.
Another trick you've seem to come across is dealing damage through discard, but have you thought about dealing damage through the mill as well? Bloodchief Ascension is an excellent choice for that. Let your opponents damage each other, or maybe help out a little, and boom, any card that's put into a graveyard deals them two damage and gains you two life.
Other than that, I would merely suggest some of the Leylines, like Anticipation and Void. Both would help you immensely in this deck.

Actually, I found a better way to use Mishra that just keeps people from countering my artifact spells. But he is really silly with his annoying stack abuse.

Played it last night with a few changes, and won twice out of the three games I used it. I was going up against a super control Oona, Queen of the Fae and a Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge. The game basically consisted of who can get out the most things while avoiding their deck being exiled. Honestly, my second game I won through milling out my opponent with a temple bell and an unwinding clock. It was fairly close.
Other than that, the deck works well. Will use it more tonight and see how it goes against a life-gain/control Oloro and an enchantment Rafiq. Should be fun.

Verdict could be fun. Eviction is too easily countered or taken over with commandeer, "Naming enchantments. Oops, whole board state is gone? My bad."
Also probably going to do some work with this deck. I've changed some things around with it since I've been on here.

Vrosh is fun. If you're going to make it a tri-colour +1/+1 counter deck, then I would highly recommend him or Mimeoplasm. Both are fun for what they do.

I like the idea behind this deck. +1/+1 counters with two alt win cons? Great! There's just a few things I would change in the deck.
I would take out Khalni Hydra as it doesn't involve +1/+1 counters, and I understand that you have a ton of creatures that are green, but it's sole green mana cost throws me off it's band wagon. Next, I would replace Voyaging Satyr and Simic Sky Swallower for something that benefits +1/+1 counters in some way. Get something that produces any colour mana or a thran dynamo rather than having a creature that can untap a single land. Sky Swallower has shroud basically, so you can't give it counters very easily unless you have master biomancer out, which is 1 card in a 99 card deck. Instead, I would get Experiment Kraj since he just gives out +1/+1 counters and benefits greatly from them. Farseek is fairly useless unless you wanted to grab an island or breeding pool. A rampant growth would be better in my opinion. Sprouting Phytohydra isn't a bad card, but I don't see why it's in this deck. If this was a Selesnya populate deck, the hell yeah, but this is a Simic +1/+1 counter deck, so I don't see it helping you too much. I would take out both Arbor elf and Bane of Progress. Bane of Progress could actually hurt you more then help you. Destroying Helix Pinnacle and your mana generators. Arbor elf only untaps a forest, when a Llanawor Elf taps for green. Omath could be taken out as well, as he only allows green mana not be emptied from your pool and he would become a huge target, extremely quickly. Also, he doesn't get +1/+1 counters, merely +1/+1 for each green mana in your pool. Better in a mono green with an ungodly amount of mana elves. Biomass Mutation isn't extremely helpful. I think I know why it's in the deck, but I think things that give +1/+1 counters would be of better use to you.
Lastly, I agree with everything the user above me has said. Fuel for the Cause instead of Plasm Capture. Inexorable Tide is great. Beastmaster and Archmage ascension would be gone before you could use them, but I think it's a great diversion from what you're actually trying to double, (cough darksteel forge cough). And since you have nothing that inflicts 1 damage to something, beast within and pongify are great cards to throw in this deck.

Palladium Myr and Myr Galvanizer is infinite colourless mana. I made a deck around that called Avarice and Deceit. If you'd care to look at it, you can. It's pretty rough.
And if Ulka could please explain how I could use Mishra by abusing the stack whenever he gets to a computer that'd be pretty awesome.

Blightsteel would be a good choice, I'm just not a fan of infect. I don't like the concept, so I don't use it. Also, since it still only takes 10 poison counters for someone to die in commander, it feels like game ends too quickly. Granted, it would be incredibly easy to get him out and make him kill everyone in a single turn, I just personally don't like. I'd rather just kill them with Darksteel Juggernaut or Master of the Etherium or other means, such as with Hellkite Tyrant.
As for Glimmervoid, since the deck isn't entirely artifacts, glimmervoid can be very fragile. I'd rather just have a land like command tower or something rather than have a land that I have to sacrifice if I lost my artifacts.
Thank you for the comment. If you have any other ideas, I'd be more than happy to hear them out.

Mishra was used for the theme, not because I'm actually going to use him. It was either him, Crosis, or Nekusar. Since everyone would target me if I used Nekusar and Crosis is will be useless once Mycosynth lattice hits the field, I choose Mishra.

Etherium Sculptor is actually in this deck. He's just under Artifact Creatures.

Since this isn't in Standard anymore, you could probably drop a few cards and add in others that may benefit the deck a bit more. I would suggest Akrasan Squire or Servant of Nefarox for faster exalted power.

This is definitely a different kind of Esper than I'm used to. My only advice would be to drop a few high drops and add in Judge's Familiar, because when you counter something with that, it just feels too good.

You should really add more land to this deck. 9 isn't going to cut it for your mana curve.

Why Serra Angel? There are better cards out there besides her. Also, Bloodbaron would take too long to trigger if this deck plays as fast as I think it does.
