With my recommendations you should be able to get your win conditions out quicker and more consistently and have the defensive abilities to give you time enough to do so.

The reasoning for my recommendations:
1) you do not need as many creatures or as big of creatures as you will be gaining free zombies, and should be winning before the big creatures are needed.
2) you need more ways to keep creatures from attacking you or your plainswalkers.
3) you need to obtain your win condition faster and more consistently.

-2 Elixir of Immortality; Add 2x Maze of Ith

you really only need one Elixir as it gets shuffled back in your deck. With the deck stacking power I recommend getting it would be easy, and Liliana is a draw engine, you get what ever card you want with her.

Look at my deck for some ideas. I have a few cards you might like for this.

Well yes, round after round the bonus will increase. I'm just using the base for the math.

Grafted Wargear + Glitterfang = +4/+3 equip for free. When Wargear resolves from the stack, Glitterfang is no longer in play, its in your hand.

In the Web of War + Glitterfang = Glitterfang comes into play with a +2/+0

Death Match + Glitterfang = Glitterfang comes into play target creature gets -3/-3

Long-Forgotten Gohei + Glitterfang = Glitterfang comes into play with +1/+1

Ronin Warclub + Glitterfang = +2/+1 equip for free.

Shuko + Glitterfang = +1/+0 equip for free.

Door of Destinies + Glitterfang = Glitterfang comes into play with +1/+1

Nothing quite like an 11/6 Hast for one red comming into play and a potential blocker getting -3/-3. :)

Amulet of Vigor + Orb of Dreams; would work in place of Frozen Æther. having both would not be bad.

Ponder is nice, but if you can afford them there are better cards to have, like; Mystical Tutor ($5) why look at top cars of your deck when you can just search for stasis or frozen Æther.

White cards to consider. Moment of Silence and Silence.

In that case; in place of skeleton shard I would recommend.

Buried Ruin(0:Land): T: Add 1 to your mana pool.
2, T, Sacrifice Buried Ruin: Return target artifact card from your graveyard to your hand.

Myr Retriever(2: artifact creature 1/1): When Myr Retriever is put into a graveyard from play, return another target artifact card from your graveyard to your hand. 1/1

Reconstruction(U: Sorcery): Bring one artifact from your graveyard to your hand.

I know the appeal of skeleton shard being used turn after turn, but built right it can still work with mono blue.

Just because a card is a good card does not mean it will make your deck stronger. If it had more of a black focus then maybe, but as is; going mono blue is whats best.

Adding 7 mana of an off color for the ability to play 2 cards... Going mono blue would make it stronger.

This deck is not an artifact deck, so me saying mine is a good artifact deck does not imply yours is bad.

I just noticed your update that it is no longer longer all artifact and it reminded me of my artifact deck. Thats all.

you don't have any need for black lands, go mono blue 18 islands and exchange the 4 Vault of Whispers fore something useful like some cheep creatures, you could use 1 or 2 mana cost creatures.

also if you want to see a good artifact deck, check out mine. Completely original idea.

I would go down to 0 Tainted Sigil and 2 Deathbringer Liege. And main decking the 4 Mortifys and the 4 Inquisitions. It would bring the deck to 62 main but it should handle it fine.
