What about blink cards for your splicers?
Like Cloudshift?
It basically gives you a copy of your splicer for 1 mana.
Ghostly Flicker gives you two copies of two splicers for 3 mana.

And the key is that I have 15 cards that make sure Emrakul is on top of the library.
I use those 15 cards and it doesn't make me fear only having 8 manifest cards.

Turn 1. Sensei's Diving Top
Turn 2. Sigiled Starfish
Turn 3. Use Diving Top or Starfish to put Emrakul on top of library.
Manifest Emrakul with Soul Summons or Lightform.
Turn 4. Blink Emrakul into play with Flickerwisp or Cloudshift.

End of Turn 4 you have a 15/15 Emrakul.

Smoke em if you got em.

Yep. It will nuke Grand Master. But you have will have so much damned life afterwords, that it won't matter.
Example.
You have Grand Master in play. You have 3 creatures. Opponent has 4 creatures.
You play Anger of the Gods.
It does 24 damage to all the creatures.
You gain 24 life.
Grand Master is put into the graveyard.
You now have 44 life and opponent has 20 life.
In theory, you have enough burn to nuke your opponent.

Propaganda and Sigil of Sleep are your cards that aren't Modern Legal.
And unfortunately, friend, those are your two best stall cards in the deck.
They beat aggro.
And as Puschkin pointed out, your deck is a deck that wants to win the point race. To win the point race, you need stall.

But pretentious deck titles get you likes!!! :)
Especially the fancy people who use Latin Titles.
