I think it will be damn hard to make a deck using EVERY character.
You may have to revamp your idea.
I would be totally down with using 3 of the above characters, with weatherlight cards, to make a deck.

I very much like the idea, just think it is asking too much!

Also check the combo out with Jest and Doom Engine. Jest makes Doom Engine unblockable. :)

Have Doom Engine in play.
And 5 mana.

Pay 3 mana for Jest.
Attack with Doom Engine (he is unblockable). Opponent takes 6 damage.
Pay 2 mana for Shrapnel Blast on Doom Engine. Opponent takes 5 damage.
The Doom Engine goes to the graveyard. Opponent takes 6 more damage.
17 damage!

Me and Northernwarlord challenged each other to make decks using only Urza Saga expansion (my favorite expansion, fyi) cards.

THEN someone asked me to make a Standard deck.
So, I thought why not do the same thing, why not make a Standard deck using only M15 cards (the newest expansion, before Khans came out).
