Take out,phantom general only a +1/+1 is not that good, shield of the oversoul, does not contribute much to your deck, recollect is not nearly eternal witness, sporemound does nut give you much tokens, so you could take him out, and you have 2 kamahl

I would get rid Ball Lightning, Spark Trooper, Condemn, Ulamog's Crusher, Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant, Blind with anger, Phyrexian Rebirth, Storm Herd, Inferno Titan, Hoarding Dragon

I would add Divine Reckoning, Grand Abolisher, Karmatic Justice, Prison Term, Aftershock, Basalt Monolith, Crystal Ball, Opal Palace(Instead of a Basic), Mystifying Maze(Instead of a Basic), Grim Monolith, Gratuitous Violence (Instead of curse of the Bloodletting), Sneak Attack (You may have to proxy that one), Sigil of New Dawn, Austere Command, Miraculous Recovery

You could easily splash white since you already have the Arid Mesa and then add Path to Exile and Lightning Helix. You could take out Pillar of Flame. Lightning Helix seems much more powerful.

Also Keldon Marauders is in a lot of burn and rdw lists might want to put him in there

I would add Primal Vigor, just a nerfed doubling season.
