I really like this deck I would probably use it for parts if someone handed it to me, but that's just because I only play standard. This is a really nice deck.
I disagree, I think that he should have at least 40% of his deck have land or a low cost mana source.o me, Evolving Wilds is a perfectly acceptable mana source for a save in a mana bind

If I were you I would add some of the Skaabs, you know, ruinator, headless, relentless, etc. also add geralf's mindcrusher. And since some of those make you mill I would add just one Laboratory Maniac, but don't make it your win condition. Also some endless ranks of the dead, army of the damned, havengul runebinder
I think it's a pretty awesome deck, but I see too many ways of you losing the game. I would take out the immortal coils and add something else instead. Maybe an amulet of vigor for all your stuff that comes in tapped.
