wound reflection is awesome in a black deck like this for double the pain (and instant kill with Ebonblade Reaper)
Caged Sun is a must imho in any mon EDH
FLechbag Marauder (if you really need something to sac stuff)
Bloodchief Ascension well because it exist and you play black
PHyrexian Arena because 2 cards a turn keeps death away better than the lost Life
Beseech the queen (if you want some *cheap* tutor)
Basilica Screecher/Thrul parasite : It's not an extort deck but these are a lot of fun

Door of Destinies is terrible in this deck. It's not tribal in any way and it's not worth the 4 mana to name demon

Sadistic Sacrement : Interesting card but it won't trigger Mr. General since it's not him searchin the deck. Can still be good but it's your call
Archetype of Finality : Unless I'm missing a combo you're better with another swamp (or anything really)
Baneful Eidolon : same as finality
Banewasp Affliction/Dying Wish (if you want something that can pack a punch, try Phthisis. More expensive but usually insta-kill someone)
Contamination : Awesome card but you're more likely than not aren't going to sustain it more than one turn as you don't have an easy way to get a lot of creatures/tokens. If you really need the 1 full turn of silence except for artifacts and black cards then it's nice else... I dunno, it's your call.

interesting idea however just splashing for a single card always leaves a bad taste in my mouth. You could simply add a second playset of dragons. You'd need to draw 6 of them for the deck not to work well. That would be quite unlikely. Anyway, that's my feel of the storm deck, might be wrong as I have never played it myself.

what happens if you draw 2 hellkites? Your storm is gonna lack the punch.

As for a 4/4 flying haste firebreath on turn 4-5 for 2 cards, color me unimpressed.

@Necrumlsice, Paradox Haze gives you a second upkeep each turn which drops 2 time counters per turn.

Arc Blade! Also Jhoira's Timebug. If you get three of those bugs, it's Arc Blade Every turn for everyone!

Also if you wish to add blue to the pool, Paradox Haze will make you Arc Blade your Arc Blades so does Quicken and Deep-sea Kraken > Pardic Dragon IMO

Mystcutter Hydra doesn't work in the deck as it cannot be targeted by the combo (Prot from Blue) also you might want to add a few artifact fetch and enchentment fetch as the deck is pretty bad without your combo AND you have far more kills than you need.

Another thing is that your deck isn't modern only because of Umezawa's Jitte while it is good, I don,t think it's worth going down to the Vintage/Legacy Zone where you'll be dead within 2 turns

I am not quite certain. If it was "at the begining of your end step", then they would stay but the end turn is clearly and explicitly triggered. Tell me if I missed something but it's the way I see it.

I must say that thrumming stone is a must in this kind of deck. Immortal servitude would be awesome too

I'd put another Incandescent soulstroke in there since it combos so well with Hostility and the various bolts you have.

Turn 3 : soulstroke
Turn 4 : Hostility + bolt/spike = 19 damage.

Just an idea but the "Budget" tag would be remarkably fit for this deck

if you can make this deck standard, it would be viable. As of modern though, it lack punch.

Also, a good evolve you might have missed : Elusive Krasis, it evolves from anything and evolves everything and is unblockable.
