I COMPLETELY agree with you Scions. I don't want to ruin the fun of others while playing EDH. I think EDH is a game mode that is supposed to be fun for everybody! EDH decktypes like Stacks and so are so frustrating.

The Magic Origins Swamp is not yet legal (since the set is not published yet).
That's why this deck is illegal in all the formats.

Ral Zarek could work, also Jace, Architect of Thought is cheap.
Those two are the first to come in mind.

Also, the Nicol Bolas himself doesn't cost that much for a Planeswalker, maybe around 6 or 7 bucks.

Okay, I've managed to complete EIGHTEEN budget decks during the last week, and since that amount is not even halfway through, I must inform that the Deckathon ENDS here.

I'll still complete the rest of the suggestions, but they are not count among the Deckathon decks.
