No Geist of St. Traft? If you're going the Tallowisp route, then Geist + Steel of the Godhead is very very good.Otherwise, the deck seems pretty good. Have you tested the deck yet?

How do you activate Blight Herder? You have only one way to get things into exile and that's Norin, who isn't even exiled under your opponent's control. That being said I like the deck idea!
This deck looks hella fun to play!If only The Cheese Stands Alone was legal in eternal formats...Funny idea tho! +1Also, One With Nothing discards your whole hand for one measly mana, but idk if you want to put this in here. Angelic Purge is also good for removal, as it gets rid of creatures and the like, while sacrificing your stuff.
When I first saw that title I thought it said "gotta flip em off" :PDeck seems pretty solid too, only things that are hurting it are the lack of Arlinn and CoCo :(Have you playtested yet? How does it stand up against other standard decks?
I would change the Liege to something else tho. Maybe for another Atarka? Also a couple more spirit guides or mana dorks would be good too. And what about removal? Your sideboard doesn't seem to have a lot of removal in it. I think you have enough "scrying" effects so I would take out the Tel-jihad Justice and maybe replace it with Ancient Grudge? Some board wipes like Firespout would be good as a 1-of in the mainboard or some more in the sideboard, as well as Lightning Bolt. Idk, these are my suggestions; you don't have to listen to em! Overall looks pretty solid and a really fun deck to play!
I guess, but your curve seems generally low, right? Maybe some madness cards could be in the deck, like Just the Wind, or Fiery Temper.
Maybe 1-of Avaricious Dragon? Nets you an extra card every turn, which can get insane with Tutelage.Chandra, Flamecaller would be good too as her 0 activates Tutelage multiple times.
It works because the current oracle text states:At the beginning of each player's upkeep, destroy target nonartifact creature that player controls of his or her choice. It can't be regenerated.So shroud will definitely work with the card :)

Neat deck!Gigadrowse could also be good here because if they're gonna counter ur spells, you can replicate a bunch a times so that they can only counter one of the copies and have the rest resolve, which could be better than gridlock and icy blast in some cases. It also taps out other permanents, so it has its uses.
Thx.Mmm I considered Perilous Myr but then decided that Myr servitor would be better cuz it comes back if you got one on the field. I might switch em after some testing tho. As for a big beater, Wurmcoil Engine as a 1-of might be good in the mb, and some more in the sb. Phyrexian arena seems ok, so i might add 1-or too if I keep running out of gas often.

Where's dem fetchlands??! You can have fetchlands of other colors in your deck cuz they aren't colored and don't have any colored mana symbols, so you can play misty rainforest, wooded foothills, polluted delta, windswept heath, bloodstained mire, marsh flats, and others as long as they don't have any mana symbols other than green or black in the text/cost (but lands don't have a cost sooo....) That being said, I don't think you can have riftstone portal in this deck.

Yeah, maybe some grisly salvages. he can get obliterator late game or a land early game if he needs it. would leave vines maybe? assuming that deck resolves around obliterator, idk. maybe in sb...
Deck seems pretty good.would play more lands imo, maybe one or two morewould play less nykthos, doesnt provide black mana for ur obliterator.
Perhaps Tower Geist or Anafenza? Both spirits sooo...
If you splashed green for collected company...also it would i think it would be good if you played some cards like ghostly flicker or essence flux to benefit from the etb effects.
