you can have legendaries, but your commander must be a uncommon non-legendary. If there are common legendaries you can use them in the deck though. These are the rules in was told by my local game shop, so they might be different.

they can get out lots of tokens, but the wolfs are only 2/2's. One Shock can kill that. And Gutter Grime could be useful, but if it's out your opponents will either get it out ASAP or prevent your creatures from dying. (which may sound good but your creatures have 0 power.)

but what's your win con. theres hardly any attacking. maybe include Darksteel Reactor or Lich's Mirror for staling.
