what you are really forgetting is to cut the deck by about 30 cards

does morph/manifest have any color? because if it does the -x would kill it with a -0 :( if not, it might work well

i'm just noticing that of 7 permanents, you can have 1 in play on your side, therefore making the other 6 virtually dead cards. i would say drop 4-5 sorins and add some deck-search like diabolic tutor

a friend of mine says that you should just use child of alara to make sure that you can use any color, then fill it with the same cheap power-cards that you use in modern/legacy. use alara for boardwipes and nothing else, and use a bunch of op cards. so far, his idea has beten me every game.

so reliquary tower simply lets you hold 200 land cards in your hand? how about drop black/reliquary tower and add green for nessian courser

so the plan is to cast instant/sorceries that deal damage as a side-effect? i'd recommend goblin electromancer, and probably drop bump in the night, but otherwise solid deck

edit: the mana curve might need work. jumping from 3-drops to 7 and 8 drops? much of your deck is turn-one, then you have bolas, prince of thralls, and cruel ultimatum. i'd recommend either adding some form of mana ramp or cutting the quantity of those cards

a self-mill deck would be even easier in tiny leaders. hm.....

use psychic spiral instead of the elixer. just because people will die before you win. make them made!

i can agree with you. my current commander deck is thraximundar, with ways to temporarily take an opponent's creature, then sacrifice it. the majority of my creatures have some sort of sacrificial ability that helps me out, but many times simply keeping the creature alive is more beneficial, making the entire combo pointless.

not sure about the cost, but you need to put liege of the tangle in here. beware the army of 24 8/8 forest-creatures!
