Is there a reason why the deck is so creature heavy, you could focus on some ramping creatures and bring in some blue or green unblockables, because both colours have evasion, so you can maximize the use of your commander.
The design of this deck specific to an elf-based ramp strategy. Not only does Edric promote a combat-oriented game, he belongs to my favorite tribe – Elves. The version that I run is basically a legacy elves combo deck for Commander. It's a really fun deck to play. The whole thing is mana production and a few big guys on top. You take a bunch of extra turns, and you kick-ass!
