I have similar deck and love to play it and this also looks great ;) Gideon Jura is great with tappers since he can play control or attack. Sunblast Angel is also great bomb for one sided Wrath of God. You could play Emeria, the Sky Ruin for late game or Armored Ascension if you want to finish your game faster. Dont think you need Congregate.

If you are building Biovisionary deck i suggest you take budget version rather then spending 600$ on deck that wont bi viable for tournaments. If you play Force of Will also bring in Daze.

It might be good cut some cards form your deck and shrink it in 60 cards with 20-22 lands. Also for mana fixing you could play Murmuring Bosk, fetch lands and few forest - swamp/plains shock lands (they can be fatched with your Treefolk Harbinger).

Love synergy between cards! My only thought is to play more creatures, around 16.

Quicksilver Amulet could also be good idea to put in play all that big creatures and also Index to help you with draws or set combos ;) dont know about meta where you play but you could maybe drop Witchbane Orb, Lay of the Land and maybe change Privileged Position for Autumn's Veil/Dispel

Have you considered runing 1-2 Swarm of Bloodflies for a lot of shenanigans?
Here are also few cards you may find fun for your deck: Golgari Germination, Eternal Thirst and Grave Pact/Dictate of Erebos .
Geralf's Messenger is strong but hard to cast since he cost BBB

Pithing Needle or Phyrexian Revoker are also great to counter plainwalkers
