Since you are not modern legel Craterize could be replaced for a Pillage it cost 1 less and can target artifact or you can afford to play Raze since you are playing 8 mana generating creatures.
Or to make it modern legal just change Terravore for Shivan Wumpus.

Anyway its cheap cool deck ;)

I would run Birds of Paradise for speed and if you want more counters these are land options:
Oran-Rief, the Vastwood or Llanowar Reborn.

Gather the Townsfolk works nice with Champion of the Parish and Boros Elite. Windbrisk Heights can be great if you go more agresive. Soldier of the Pantheon or Dryad Militant are superior to Elite Vanguard. Thalia, Guardian of Thraben is just great card when you run this much creatures. Mentor of the Meek can get you a lot of draw later on.

Immaculate Magistrate + Joraga Warcaller makes your elfs power go over roof!
Since you are splashing black you may consider Prowess of the Fair and Nath of the Gilt-Leaf, as for green token cards: Wirewood Hivemaster and Lys Alana Huntmaster.

Frogtosser Banneret makes all your rogue spells cost 1 less ( even your tribal artifacts and sorcery).
You can sideboard Master Thief if your friends play artifact decks.
And maybe you could change Zephyr Sprite since its not rogue you cant use it for prowl, other good 1drops are: Nightshade Stinger, Prickly Boggart or Guul Draz Vampire.

Gilder Bairn could help you with filibuster counters and you could run 4 copyes of Thrummingbird.
Holy Day or Dawn Charm could change Riot Control since they cost 1-2 mana.
After all deck is looking nice.

Instead Deepchannel Mentor you could bring in Spreading Seas (or Aquitect's Will) to make your creatures unblokable, draw a card and possibly ruin enemy mana curve ( or at least some nonbasic land). I would drop Automatons for some draw: Sygg, River Cutthroat; Thada Adel, Acquisitor; Enclave Cryptologist; Silvergill Adept. Wanderwine Prophets could win you game later on.

Dont know why you put plains and dual lands in your deck since you can play all your spells with basic mountains and therefore reduce cost of deck. Figure of Destiny or Duergar Assailant could help you as first drops.
