How about Call to the Grave? Sac a Bloodghast, Grave Pact triggers, they sac a creature on their upkeep, etc. And, no Grave Titan itself is not a zombie.
Mana Leak is not good in Commander, as players get so much land. Dissipate is better here.
I am bad at sideboarding so I usually just use the M12 kill one of two color spells- Deathmark, Celestial Purge, Flashfreeze, Combust, Autumn's Veil. Then I use some version of Naturalize. If not on color, use kill or burn.
That's why I run both. My friend specifically said he wanted Borderland Ranger so I put it in. And don't underestimate the Ranger. It's actually pretty good :)
I know that but my friend has said he is willing to buy the titans and it is budget not counting the cards he already owns.

Seems good, but you have 4 Stoneforge Mystics and only 3 equipments.
Maybe you should switch out Darksteel Relics for Memnites. While Memnite isn't indestructible, you get more value out of it and it isn't a likely target for removal.
Nice deck, but Rooftop Storm doesn't really help this deck much because all of the zombies have a low mana cost. Maybe swap it out for another Call to the Grave. Also, you are 3 cards under the maximum deck size. Maybe 3 Go For The Throat?
24 lands is by no means enough for an 80 card deck.
How about Dread Slaver- Half a brain rules the mindless. Also Gravecrawler and Geralf's Messenger are Standard Zombie staples.
Maybe use Secrets of the Dead for more power and Dream Twist as an enabler.

Painter's Servant has an infinite mill combo with Grindstone.
A card with WWW and a card with BBBB in the same deck? Even with those bombs, that deck must have had a hell of a bad manabase.
