Goblin Lackey and Warren Instigator are great goblins. Maybe replace Goblin Pikers with them. Also, you cannot have 5 Goblin Burrows in a deck. Reduce it to 4 and add a Mountain.

I was aware of Mana Tithe, but not the rest. I don't really like how conditional Rebuff the Wicked and Dawn Charm are. Lapse of Certainty just seems too expensive for its effect. Mana Tithe is a possibility, however.

You might want to have some hard creatures in the sideboard to protect against Ratchet Bomb. Maybe Sigarda?

I ran out of room and had space for 16 lands, but I was a little iffy so I checked other decks to see if I should have more because I am relatively unfamiliar with Storm. Many other builds only ran 16 lands, but I might up it to 18 anyway even with all the rituals.

You might as well try Bonfire of the Damned since you are running Noxious Revival. Also, maybe add in another Shrine of Burning Rage- those are so good.

Damn that is a bad pun. You might need a bit of ramp with that mana curve though. Clumping at 7+ is not where you want to be.

I'm not a huge fan of Scroll of Griselbrand in this deck either. I can see Psychosis Crawler being brutal in this deck, however. HAPPY BIRTHDAY LANAEUS :D

I'm just going to Wrath of God against tokens. I don't want to lower my land count to much and I don't think Eternal Dragon is good enough to be a 4-of.
