Umm Platinum Angel's effect goes away when it leaves the battlefield. It doesn't have to say, it is simply implied. Does the effect of Furnace of Rath or Abyssal Persecutor stay when they leave the battlefield? Yeah, so why is Platinum Angel different. Also, this only really works if you actually get the ideal hand.

If you're really going to play this way, a deck of 60 Chancellor of the Dross is much more afforadble+effective.

Lifeline, Blade of the Bloodchief, Black Market, Falkenrath Noble, Mikeaus, the Unhallowed, and Lightning Coils are some suggestions, but this deck is amazing with or without them.
Hexproof isn't needed. With all of the tokens that will be running around, it doesn't matter if a single 1/1 dies. Board wipes will kill anyway, and that is all that is really important.

BTW your deck is great, these are just more ways to nerf each archetype.
Ghost Quarter for Wolf Run Ramp. Sever the Bloodline (already in deck) for Delver and Tokens- Ratchet Bomb works too. Blue Source+ Curse of Echoes completely destroys control- maybe a sideboard option. Divine Offering sideboard for Pod, Tempered Steel, and Puresteel Paladin. Grafdigger's Cage for Frites, Gravecrawler, and rogue Graveyard Strategies. Celestial Purge for Zombies I guess. Melira I guess destroy Infect, but it is also off-color and should only be used if you run Shimmering Grottos. R/G Aggro should be at least slightly hurt by Lingering Souls. I don't think you really need Sorin or Distress, and you might want Shimmering Grottos over Evolving Wilds for your Praetor's Grasp, but it is pretty good overall.

WTF is this? Surewhynot is better than you will ever be. This is a deck made of the most expensive cards you know and doesn't even have a win condition. You might have good cards, but they don't do anything together. Where are the creatures anyway?
