^^Hahaha I think I'm going to throw him on the sideboard unfortunately... For some reason whenever I play him or kiln fiend in this deck people make a point of destroying him... Upcoming hits list? Awesome!

I personally like "enemy" color decks. They seem to make more sense to me lolz. I swear the landfall deck I made began as B/G...

Hmmmm... This deck looks fermiliar... lolz. Ob Nixilis is a nice touch, for the same reason Bloodghast is so rediculous. Obviously you missed my most recent version of Sac Lamb, because otherwise you would have run Carrion Feeder instead of the Cultist. That guy is sick. Not a fan of the Imp, I think Pawn of Ulamog is much much better... "Whenever you sac a creature, pretend you sac'd two and add {1} to your mana pool" is just a completely epic ability.

I actually meant to build a stompy deck but I had just seen Elvish Berserker and I started thinking of this deck. I'm not sure about Adventuring Gear in this deck.... I mean, +2/+2 is nice, but not really the point of the deck. As you have probably noticed, I'm not the biggest fan of flat out power decks, I like something a little more subtile.

You know what would rock? Green/Black Landfall deck... Adventuring Gear + Ob Nixilus just made me think of that...

Really? I love the lense in general and it fits the theme of this deck well. Do you not seem to get enough mana?

I'll agree it is usually overkill, but not always. A deck like Soul Sisters or blue control decks are sometimes able to survive Chandra's ultimate, and there really isn't ever enough burn in a burn deck. And every so often you have to improvise... I played a white deck that had a combo that redirected all of my spells to target a creature with protection from red. Cinder Pyromancer + Grafted Exoskelliton took care of him.
Inmost cases, yes, it is over kill. But who doesn't enjoy saying "and that's 74 damage and all your creatures die." (Pyromancer+Kiln Fiend + 4 Lightning Bolt + 4 Flame Slash + 4 Lava Spike)

This deck contains what may be the single most epic combo avaliable to a red deck: Chandra Ablaze and Cinder Pyromancer. When actions go on the stack, the prices of those actions are not actually payed until the action resolves on the stack... and tapping is fast enough to be done in response to an instant... Not sure where I'm going? It works like this:

Chandra Ablaze's Ultimate begins... Cast Spell 1
In response, use Cinder Pyromancer's ability
Chandra Ablaze's Ultimate continues... Cast Spell 2
In response, use Cinder Pyromancer's ability
Chandra Ablaze's Ultimate continues... Cast Spell 3
In response, use Cinder Pyromancer's ability
Chandra Ablaze's Ultimate continues... Cast Spell 4
In response, use Cinder Pyromancer's ability
Chandra Ablaze's Ultimate continues... Cast Spell 5
In response, use Cinder Pyromancer's ability
Chandra Ablaze's Ultimate continues... Cast Spell 6
In response, use Cinder Pyromancer's ability
....
ect.

The card says "Cast any number of...". Thus each casting is a seperate action that can be responded to, and the Pyromancer doesn't tap until his ability actually resolves, so you can queue any ability as many times as you want, you just need to be able to pay the cost each time it resolves... and each time he tries to tap, he is indeed untapped.

I'm afraid that there is way to much artifact hate to use it mainboard, but I've decided to throw it on the SB with some more Hondens

Damn that card is sweet in this deck! I have tried looking for ways to get the Hondens on the field but sofar I have been unable to find any useful alternatives to hard-casting

Congrats on 70 decks man! Thats a major accomplishment! This deck is hilarious for the reasons posted above. Thanks for helping me develop my decks on this site (I recently made one you might be interested in, it began as a joke but it is a pseudo-serious deck now, it is a 5-color Honden deck)

Scrap the Adept, Owl, and Chimeric Mass. I would replace them with 4 Steel Overseers, 1 more Memnite, another Spellbomb, and 4 Master of Eurethiums.

Thanks! As I was refining this deck, I got the idea for a Living Death deck, black, maybe with some blue. Theres a blue merfolk that lets you draw one card and discard one card just for tapping it, I'm thinking of throwing in some fatties like Stormfront Levithan to discard and then reserect. What do you think?

Energy Chamber is one of my favorite broken Artifact pump cards. I have an artifact deck which affectively demonstraites just how broken artifacts are in the wrong (or right) hands, even without affinity... lets just say no deck should be allowed to contain Tezzeret the Seeker, Volactice Key, and Steel overseer: 4 +1/+1 counters on every artifact creature every turn for a cost of 2 mana! I also threw in some sick green cards that make arcbound creatures disturbing. The whole deck is based on abuse of +1/+1 counters and does it disturbingly well.

Oh wow, I dunno why but it never really registered to me just how good that card is. I'm definitely throwing that in! Thanks.

I considered Urge to Feed, but I'm not sure about it really... tapping a vampire to give it a +1/+1 sounds good, but it means I'm not attacking that turn. Blade of the Bloodchief is sweet, but it takes a few turns to get it going, and I'm not convinced that its worth it over swinging with more vampires. To me, Disfigure seems a great card for this deck. I've only play-tested it five times so far, but Disfigure often gives me a good head start by killing their first creatures and allowing me to get turn 2 or 3 swings in for direct damage. Vampire's Bite is also, imo, a useful card. 3 extra damage early on can be the difference between getting them below 10 lp on turn 4 or turn 5. I suppose the main difference of opinions we hae is where the game is focused; in all 5 play-tests I have won by turn 7 or 8, so anything that slows down the early game for later-game advantage seems a waste.
