putting in some fetch lands will make your Hedron Crabs the most hated thing in milling

if you find vampire lacerator to be lacking i'd try a bloodghast (if that's within ur price range) instead. of course if it works well then there's no need to fix what isn't broken

i'd also say take out the two gravediggers to put in two more Nighthawks just because it's an awesome card but you're also trying to maintain a theme which i don't wish to interrupt

the rune scarred demon seems out of place. and you'll never really get a chance to play the chancellor of the dross much and although having him in your opening hand is nice, you only have one so you won't be getting him much, i'd take him out. Now since the majority of your high costing creatures are gone, Rise from the Grave might not be the best choice because you could easily save mana by just using one of your many other return to hand from graveyard cards. I just took away 5, only ten more to go =P

I'd say get rid of black and get yourself some Cunning Sparkmage's. attach gorgon flail or Basilisk collar and you have yourself a super death ray. And if your worried about removal then just throw in some L-bolts or Flame Slash's then you would be set.

Panic Spellbomb would be great in the sideboard. and like the chap said above, Goblin Chieftain would be a pretty good addition to this, but what to get rid of for it i couldn't say

i tried the memnites and it's nice when they come but i've found being able to pump up my spikeshot elder with equiptments has been much more beneficial. Thanks for your input!

gotta get some razorclaw bear in on this, even though it's probably hard to find one

i tried to avoid it but i'll probably have to add mutagenic growth just to stay competitive but i'm going to try and keep this rotation ready so no vampire's bite, and from what i've played, the lashwrithe has actually worked very well. That's mainly because by then i have a plague stinger and my opponent thinks nothing of it. of course most of my firends don't play very aggro decks so that might be why.

Thanks for the suggestions!

^^^^ that, and you have way to many artifacts for shape anew to be effective. And i'd try Wurmcoil Engine instead of Thundering Tanadon.

agnorak262, Fling works very well. I run a deck almost identical and fling has gotten me out of so many predicaments. On a side note assault strobe is necessary...well not really but highly recommended! Possible turn 3 win with that. having played ur kiln fiend on turn 2, cast two lightning bolts at any creatures the opponent might have put up, then cast the assault strobe and that's 20 dmg from ur kiln fiend

My friend had a couple of those and i always thought about trying it out but always assumed it would take too long to get. Never actually tried it so i might have to do that

if you have any, Soul Wardens or Soul's Attendants lying around you could probably morph this into a Soul Sister deck

I'd take out the mephidross vampire for something more playable. It's a nice card but with vampires you should be quite well off before you have 6 mana to spend. Try replacing the mephidross with a Kalastria Highborn or if you feel you still want a high costing mana vamp then go for Anowon, The Ruin Sage

actually just take out skittering invasion out all together, but do replace the spawning breath with a better burn spell to help out in the beginning
