hey this would be a fun deck to play with or to play against nice i have no suggestions.
if you want to make it standard,drop the blade splicers, put in either elgauld inquisitor or doomed traveler. drop sun titan and add in midnight haunting, for honor the pure, try oblivion ring, its a nice removal. also see if you can make phantom general fit into there, when you have a chance please look into my deck and see what i can do to make it better http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=412883

okay first off, this deck has too many random humans and soldiers. usually humans go good with humans, and the same for soldiers.second, this deck has too many cards in it, if you cant play with 60 cards, then you have a less chance of drawing the one that you need or want at the moment.if this is supposed to be standard, play a main 60, and usually 10-15 card sideboard to deal with situations against decks.

take out perplex and put in archive trap, idk thats all i got, good deck though :)
i like thatcher revolt because its like a small hell's thunder, unless you have intangible virtue and phantom generals out, it basically doubles their power. plus thatcher revolt hits them unprepared because they have haste, in goblin rally they can have some kind of defense in a turn, but i like goblin rally i might consider it as sideboard

idk i considered guttersnipe but too many creatures already trying to maximize spells. dont get me wrong i love guttersnipe but idk i like this deck ive won with it quite a bit.

lilianna's carress would do good in this deck, and also shimian specter
i made this deck!! its really fun to play with haha the games last forever though
put oblivion ring in main, have two druid deliverances and two rootborn defenses in main instead of 4 each, or even three would be better, idk try putting in garruk's primal hunter instead of commander's authority. hope this helps!!!:)
