you should use supreme verdict instead of day of judgement.

I would swap out the Vigor's and wolfbraid elementals and put in more low cost elves that give you mana.

why not all swamps?

maybe run dark ritual so you can bring out your end game enchantments faster.

I would have 4 of the leylines in your sideboard, great against discard or burn.

I would run more red green lands, maybe swap 3 of the groves for the red/green dual shockland, that way you can farseek it. You might also wanna try Galepowder Mage or even Cloudshift for added enter/re-enter.

I would put some pyrexian mana in there too so you can bleed yourself out if needed.
