I would suggest running more creatures, as your main strategy is based on getting creatures in your graveyard. The new Nemesis of Mortals from the Theros set could be a good addition to this deck. Overall, great job and great deck for the price!

Instead of Purify, you can easily run Tempest of Light for 2 less mana and instant speed...

That is a very good point with the Deviant Glee! I also agree that Spike Jester is very good in here, but I think he is going for the extra black mana symbol for the devotion mechanic.

Why not use Unholy strength instead of Riot Spikes? It's only 1 mana anyways, you shouldn't have problems casting it because you can't use red...
Overall, very nice deck!

So basically what you want to have out on the field is Thorncaster Sliver and Bow of Nylea. When your slivers attack, they become attacking creatures, thus gaining deathtouch from the Bow. Then, Thorncaster's ability triggers, and each sliver you control gets to deal 1 damage to target creature or player, and since they all have deathtouch, it is a great chance to board-wipe your opponent. Striking Sliver also works very well with the bow, because of first strike + deathtouch.

What about Hidden Strings? It can hit for 2 heroic at the same time as well, like Triton Tactics
