I think I wrote the same thing on another one of your decks...instead of disperse, I would use boomerang, they (surprisingly) don't actually cost that much... and you can purchase them from TCGPlayer... (about $.10 each)

You can try a few Prowess of the fair....other then that, another nice budget deck! :)

I would switch out Lantern Kami for Judge's Familiar for more control.Overall a nice and effective deck! :D
Instead of Disperse, why not use Boomerang? It shouldn't cost too much more, and it increases the use of "return" permanent.
Bazaar Trader would go quite well with some of the "steal" cards you have in this deck. :) Looks nice!
