I can't believe I haven't made this thing yet.Planeswalkers, when paired with proliferate, are extremely exploitable. When you find the planeswalkers with the best ultimates, you can easily reach them and swiftly end a game.
Some of the hilariously good combos include ultimating Ajani, Mentor of Heroes with Sorin, Grim Nemesis to generate over 100 1/1s and locking your opponents out of playing the game using Narset Transcendent and Jace, Unraveler of Secrets with Tevesh Szat as a backup that steals all your opponents' commanders and protects them with cards like Heroic Intervention. One of my favorites is the interaction between Replicating Ring and quite literally almost every card in the entire deck to ramp yourself into oblivion.
