I saw this deck and immediately thought: SILENCE! If you want to get Azor's Elecutors, try Summoner's Pact or Ring of Three Wishes. For Proliferation, use Contagion Engine since you are mana ramp anyway. Also Leyline of Sanctity, Witchbane Orb, and Canopy Cover would help against burn. Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger would completely stop your opponent from doing anything late game. Isochron Scepter and Elite Arcanist will allow you to cast your instants unlimited.

Interesting! I suggest trying a budget Affinity, Joke (Unglued + Unhinged) , Melira Pod, and Wincon.
I made an offensive skeleton budget deck, what do you think? http://www.mtgvault.com/systemscsnake/decks/spooky-scary-skeleton-budget/
Seems cool. Regal Force has a good effect but it's probably not gonna move the deck any further than it already does. Consider Harmonize? Also definitely use Parallel Lives if you are going for tokens!
Bounty of the Hunt can be casted for free and Elvish Spirit Guide is very important for Vines of Vastwood's hexproof or that one extra buff to be casted for essentially free. Predator's Strike is good, I'll consider it but it could slow down the deck. Green Sun's Zenith is a nice filter, however any more than 3 and it won't do me any good.
Simian Spirit Guide.
Turn 1 you don't have the mana top play in response, turn two I mentioned a card without the word target. The deck has the possibility of getting stalled pretty hard if it can't respond well to those types of situations. Since it's Green/Blue it has more options.
Let's create a scenario.Turn 1: You play Forest + Glistener Elf, Opponent plays a swamp + Fume Spitter & sacs itTurn 2: You play Forest + Glistener Elf again , this time you have Vines of Vastwood in hand. Your opponent drops a swamp, and plays Cruel Edict. Vines of Vastwood is null.Turn 3: You got this, play your island and drop Blighted Agent. Still have Vines of Vastwood in hand. Your opponent this time however, uses Duress, forces you to discard Vines of Vastwood. Then he uses Go For The Throat on the agent. Then the deck's plan starts to fall apart. Consider running counters since you have blue! Maybe perhaps Spell Pierce, Daze, or Mental Misstep. Also the Inkmoth Nexus come in handy for when your creatures are getting hard countered.
Also how do you feel about Ranger's Guile?
Very nice! Will buy!
Glimpse The Unthinkable
@richter1 Yes you can. The reason being is because they are individual counters, just multiples of them. Crumbling Ashes applies, and it's mandatory so you would have to.
I'll consider Glissa. Sapling of Colfenor is useful to me not because of the life gain, but because it filters out the creatures in the deck. More infect creatures in my hand to put onto the battlefield, equals more of a problem for the other players.
I refer to all decks by their guilds if they are of specific colors. Force of habit among my peers.
It's awesome! But I'm looking for something a little more affordable
My friend is looking to make a cheap deck. I suggested bears! What can you do with the grizzlies?
I considered Sisters of Stone Death, but of course the mana cost is what drives me away. I will consider it after more games. Rogues passage is a possibility and Serpent Generator is definitely a good recommendation thank you for that.
Drop Surgical Extraction and add in Tormod's Crypt? And of course I'm not too too familiar with EDH rules since I haven't played it much. I do have a deck though: http://www.mtgvault.com/systemscsnake/decks/infect-commander/
I actually didn't mean Surgical Extraction as an insult. I forgot this was EDH and got excited! I apologize for that dude. Consider Takklemaggot and/or Crumbling Ashes.
