As far as I know, Planeswalker Abilities act as sorceries

Imo, death's presence is impractical. But here's my Golgari +1/+1 counter deck if you want to take a look: http://www.mtgvault.com/thesnydaman/decks/golgari-huge-counters/

Massacre Wurm is great for this Deck. I would also suggest replacing blood seeker with blood artist, as you want to fool them into playing the creature and then killing it. You also gain 1 life from this, so win win. I know it probably doesn't sound good at the moment, but you'll probably want to take out the diabolic tutors. Think of it this way: they are two more cards getting in the way of getting you're desired combo, with a 4 mana price tag on them. Tutors are only necessary when there is a card in your deck that you absolutely need to win. Also, I notice that you're skimping on lands so that you can fit more creatures. This is not good, as it will be very hard to get Massacre Wurm out when your chance of drawing land is so much lower. 24 lands minimum for a deck that has costly cards such as this.

I totally know how you feel about not knowing what to remove, as I have been in that boat many a time xD My suggestion? Play test. Even using the "draw sample hand" feature on this site, look at opening hands and later draws. What is getting between you and your win? Are you drawing to many "tap target creatures"? too many "destroy tapped creatures"? If so, you can always cut down 1 or 2 cards with that ability set.

A HUGE thing to consider when placing any number of cards into a deck is what your odds are of drawing it at all. Although a card may look like it would work great, adding 1 or 2, you may never draw it. Your "4 card" cards are what your focus should be. Find what really wins through playtesting, or even draw testing, and shave of the outer crust.

I know I'm sounding a bit harsh criticizing so much, but the deck really is looking quite a lot better. I like the premise, and the deck is looking great. Good luck!

*Edit* Do or Die isn't doing much for you, as your creatures should have removal handled. That's the only "definitely remove" suggestion I can really make.

I realllllly like it, but don't you need more ways to get to Enduring Ideal? What if you don't draw it all game? I suggest Lost Auramancers.

Eh, Viskopa seems out of place. You have no real need for her. Also, I don't see a way to "win" really... Try looking for cards that deal damage when a creature dies, or deals damage for number of cards in graveyard, etc. Also, I suggest Leyline of Sanctity for sideboard, because you are 100% screwed against anything that has any sign of burn. Curse of Exhaustion may even be of use to you, as it would only allow for your opponent to play one spell per turn, so if they wanted to play a multiple creatures to get around your removal, they couldn't. This way it would be a sort of "choking point" and they wouldn't be able to obtain a board presence.

**Remember**
Don't think "This works well together", think "How do I win? What is my win condition?" And build up your deck around that. Since you're going for creature removal, make sure you have a win condition FIRST and fill in the space with the removal. The way I see it, Liliana is your only way to win, and that's not good. That's 2 cards.

I like how this is like, the embodiment of what "Green" is supposed to be, as far as magic goes. Good job, I like it.

Not trying to burst any bubbles, but there are cheaper instants and sorceries that give more or equal amounts of counters to creatures. I.E. Increasing Savagery, Blessings of nature, etc.

I don't see how this is a new take... Champion of Lambholt is only really useful if you have a way to put MORE counters on him before he can be removed, which you don't
