[[stream of thought]] doesn't affect the boardstate in any way, but besides that this deck is not really viable anymore since Escape became a thing. Or at least it is not worth spending the money on as compared to other decks.

Given 8 racks and well... 1 spirit, plus 4 manlands, the deck plans to win or lose aeons before multiple [[Dread]] reshuffles can take place and before milling is anyone's concern. That there is value in your suggestions is undeniable, but the value is not enough to act upon any of them. I'll build a statue in your honor if some day math proves you're right about [[Dread]], until then I can't see how running a card that does not further the deck's gameplan in the least is a good idea.Yeah, 2 [[Cling to Dust]] are in here to help against escape cards (among other things), the sideboard choice of 4 Leyline is something that can be easily swapped for Surgicals and Spellbombs if decks like Dredge are of less concern than are say 4C Uro decks.Limited though my opponent's lands may be, and unlimited though [[Dread]] might make mine, the deck plans to win through damage, not resource denial. Though it is changing a lot these days and may eventually have enough cards to play more like its big legacy cousin.
As per manabases and bloodmoons: For one, I need double black at most, for another, if I surmise that winning a particular game depends on resolving a Liliana (having double black) I can just make them discard the moon.Do you actually mean the card Drad? This deck discards and sacs its own lands, how would dread ever be resolved? And as for making use of its shuffle trigger, what in the hell for? Raven's crime means lands aren't dead draws, reshuffling would likely keep the Spell - Land ratio in the deck the same as the graveyard will (at most times) have a bunch of lands in it, and Dread is a dead draw - I'd rather discard something with madness or flashback or a Nether Spirit. Plus Cling to Dust seems to me a much more valuable asset than does Dread, same with Nether Spirit.Haha, a pox addict meets a mill addict, what's with you and shuffle-gy-into-library triggers xD Bridge is good indeed, not worth playing horrible (extremely situational / anti-synergistic) cards but quite good. What I wanna do here is explore (albeit tentatively) new ground. Value is easy to come by in modern these days and balls to the wall turbo discard doesn't work great anymore.Bojuka's entering tapped is too high a cost in this deck.Drown in Sorrow seems like a more restricted version of Bontu'sDoomfall... Might be worth testing, but back when it came out the forums and FB groups were rife with people who tested it and came back disappointed.
And it keeps on happening my dude, at one point all comments on here were between -3 and -6. Had to make 3 new accounts to fight the asshole.
Bloody hell, can't believe I forgot about that card. I'll add it to the 1v1 version (sideboard).
I love how the high end price for [[Hardened Scales]] is 10 000$ xD
[[Enhanced Surveillance]] and 26 lands seem... bad. Mathematically speaking that is. [[Enhanced Surveillance]] is a card that you would rather have be anything else in most games I'd imagine. Be that removal, card draw or counter magic, or hell, even a win condition. And a curve that tops out at 4 in a deck where half the cards Surveil isn't - again, mathematically speaking - a good idea. That said, to keep it budget and capable I would put all my eggs in the [[Dimir Spybug]] basket; more protection, some counter magic, maybe a way to give it lifelink? IDK.
Hmm, this is a lot heavier on creatures than I am used to. Why play [[Mulldrifter]] and [[Faerie Miscreant]]? Not that it is necessarily wrong to do so (could be, but I have never looked into the numbers behind UB Delver). [[Mulldrifter]] I could see in slower metagames, but [[Faerie Miscreant]] without [[Spellstutter Sprite]] seems very weak in that it has no synergy to exploit.
xD Well, that's essentially saying that this should be Jund Shadow and not Jund.Though the Kroxa point might be valid. I have only seen Duke play 5 games with a similar - if not identical - build, and Kroxa seems to interfere with your strategy quite rarely. Though when it does, it *really* does.
I love this so fucking much you don't have the faintest first idea xD
Didn't Paul canonize Zedruu as the one having a trustworthy face as far as EDH is concerned?
A for effort!
Dromoka's Command for sure. [[Wingmate Roc]] maybe, the 4th Thoughtseize for srue.
I don't think the build is optimal, but I am absolutely bloody certain that something like this will be tier 1.
Any trouble with the monkeys?
Everything from Alara's Esper and the Scars of Mirrodin block
Who the hell is downvoting comments on this masterpiece? Half of those that I have upvoted are at 0 and there are a few that are at -4! Someone is clearly afraid of having to face this masterpiece at FNM!
Hahahahaha, and here I thought I had bad luck for having my phone submerged in the peculiarly colored waters of a toilet on multiple occasions, never knowing how lucky I was to not have my phone experience the wonders and glories of the sewage system.
Impeccable logic xD Yeah, I don't have too much time on my hands, but I do enjoy procrastinating on here.
To weigh in on the land question, I'd do 19 personally, but I have little experience with legacy, as well as with Brainstorming with a fetchland on the field. The curve tops off a 3, 8 of the spells cost 0 and 9 more are cantrips. I'd say you'll be alright, though I'd have to run the numbers to be sure. Let's see:Chance to draw 1 land in 7 cards: 93.0%Chance to draw 2 lands in 7 cards: 68.6%3: 34.9%The cnatrips make it better, with just a ponder and an island the chances of 2 lands in 11 cards are 92.9%.
