Goblin king is much worse but i guess it is fine.Shock is juts a worse bolt so if you are gonna run both run 4 bolt and 2 shock or maybe less shocks as it is bad card most of the time, you are not wasting a bolt when killing something with 2 health as it dies which is what you want. The reason to cut sock is to have a deck with less cards and therefore more consistency, ideally 60 or 61 cards but tht is rare and happens only in specific decks.I'd cut Raid Bombardment because it is worse than most other cards in your deck and as I said you want a 60 card deck, maybe 61 but that's unusual.You are an aggro deck so you don't go to the late game you want to play as muh shit as possible, swing and finish your opponent off with Goblin Grenades or bolts and by running more direct damage you're forcing yourself to run less creatues(or run more cards which destroys your consistency)and you can't do that as that will weaken the synergy of your deck(cuz you are a tribal deck with lords and Krenko). And bolt does a good enough job at killing what you want dead.Writing on my phone.
I absolutely love it, it's an amazing budget deck, one thing through, why no arcane sanctum?
First of all 4 Goblin Chieftain is how you ALWAY start a goblin deck, it's much better than Hall of Triumph, Raid Bombardment seems bad with Ogre Battledriver, Rockslide Elemental and even Krenko, Mob Boss. Mogg war marshal is IMO a bit better than Krenko's Command but only if you are running Goblin Chieftain.I'd cut:3 Ogre Battledriver3 Hall of Triumph cuz it's legendary3 Krenko's Command3 Raid Bombardment3 Shock2 Seismic Strike1 Krenko, Mob Boss cuz he is legendary1 Rockslide Elemental as he is a bit too situationalI'd add:4 Goblin Chieftain4 Goblin Grenade or 1 Goblin Rabblemaster, 2 Goblin Shortcutter and keep 1 Hall of Triumph in there.1 Lightning BoltBut that's what I'd do. The one thing you ahve to do though is have 4 Goblin Chieftain in the deck. Also bolt -> shock.
Why 70 cards?
The problem with lftl is that while it draws you life, win conditions, discard and ld it doesn't draw any removal, by adding Mikokoro you could draw removal. And it's also the best replacement I found for the cycle lands.
What do you think about Mikokoro, Center of the Sea as a card advantage engine, with 4 crime and 4 loam it could be a 1 sided card advantage engine.

I absolutely love the deck, amazing work!
So, replace either 4 Goblin Electromancer or 4 Guttersnipe with 4 Young Pyromancer, instead of the draw spells run Magma Jet, Staggershock is a nice one if you decide to keep Guttersnipe, and maybe cut the Isochron Scepter, idk if it is better than Staggershock per say.Might make an izzet tempo deck in the near future, if i do I'll give you a link.
I think a better tag than black and white is Orzhov :)The deck needs more lands, aggro decks that curve out at 3 mana run 20 or 21 lands, you should run 24 here.
Like the deck, finally someone made a good version of it.Things I'd change: A bit more removal maindeck.Sigil as a playset, the card is nuts and the more you have the better it gets.Besides that i think it's a great deck.
I'll have to think how to keep it the way it is and still make it tempo, unless you wanna play a delver deck.
Love it A LOT but why Fleshbag Marauder, it hurts you more than it hurts them, I think. I'd run some other removal spell or a Spirit of the labyrinth

You need removal/ways to keep your guys alive: Path to exile, oblivion ring, brave the elements.Obelisk of Urd is overkill, I think it's useless. Ajani seems bad too. Join the Ranks seems bad as well as it only brings 1/1 guys, other allies give you other abilities and better bodies so i'd cut Join the Ranks as well.Kabira Evangel is key, i think you should run 4Flickerwisp might be good as you can gain Kabira Evangel triggers on their turn, and if you have enough allies you can put 4 +1/+1 counters on all of them for 3 mana plus you always get a 3/1 flyer.
