Hey, Everyone!It's The Year of Commander, and even more importantly than that, it's Commander 2020 (Or Commander 20 for some reason) Spoiler Season, and so we have yet another group of decks dropped! Unfortunately, the new cards don't get added into MTGVault's system until the product is released, so I won't be able to fully update these decks until May. For now, I'm posting the Reprints so you can see stats, as well as approximate pricing which, considering we don't have the newer cards yet, looks like some great value.As of right now (April 7th, 2020 for me), this is going to be the most difficult commander deck for people to understand, as it revolves around a mechanic that hasn't even hit Standard yet. Furthermore, Mutate is, in itself, a little complicated. Basically what it boils down to is that card placement matters. When you cast a card for its mutate cost, you put it on top of or below another creature. Then, THE CREATURE ABOVE GETS ALL OF THE A B I L I T I E S OF THE CARD BENEATH IT. The card on top keeps its name, power/toughness (unless altered by abilities), and creature types, but gains the bottom card's abilities. Hopefully that clears mutate up.Once again, look forward to Commander 20(20)'s release to see the full prospects of the deck. Peace!
