Awesome deck! Idk if you have seen my decklists, but burn is my baby, and I've played different versions in modern for almost 4 years, with a ptq top 8! I think the shrines, the kiln fiend, and the furnace scamp can be cut.

Titans strength x3

That's true, I just didn't want to get mana screwed with so few lands

im all down for budget, but if you have to consider lightning bolts due to a $1 playset, how much magic can you afford to play if thats overbudget

Revoker is nice because it can turn off elvish mystic, savage knuckleblade, any planeswalker, sylvan carityad, etc. It has one me games naming polukranos too. And you can ensoul it!

ichor wellspring would be a cool sacrifice card

i like how all the shuffling effects add up and combo... and i think you should try and squeeze in the negates maindeck. you will see alot of removal aimed at your creatures and artifacts...
another cool card is archive trap

god rabblemaster is pricey. but goblin king and krenko are not!

Random tidbit, but urborg would let the citadels be swamps also.

Yes that is one reason. Another is it forces your opponent to choose between targeting rabblemaster or targeting your 5\5 ensouls. One way or another you end up pushing through more damage
