Really cool list, although i like the idea of splashing green. i think the way to go is hexproof creatures, the same idea as the G/U/W decks you see running around

cool idea, ive wanted to make whelming wave work, i was thinking kiora to get krakens in, (not budget friendly!)

i would cut 2 master of etherium and run some ensoul artifacts, i think they are more useful

shard volley, rift bolt, lightning bolt, lava spike all x4, that should be your burn shell.
for creatures vexing devil, goblin guide, eidolon of the great revel, grim lavamancer are all good options

this rapes any weenie deck, pretty cool. would love for you to make it tournament legal

oh its all good i worded it poorly. i think guttersnipes/young pyromancers would be fun in this, and the miracle cards like thunderous wrath and reforge the soul

so blue splash for cruise and delver? i cant think of anythig else i would run for it to be burn. this deck will stay mono red, but i may make a blue splash list sometime

Serum visions, cryptic command, spell pierce, mana leak, delver of secrets, vedalken shackles. And 2 more lands, ther curve is too high for 22. You have a slot of 1-offs, which makes the deck inconsistent, and it's a bit slow for modern
