Yeah, that is one cool card for a life gain deck, and is also fairly cheap.

I like my design for a sacrificing deck better, It has more usefulness in it. More creatures that are built to kill. Check it out, it is called Sacrifice Pit.
Your right, and by the way people i am still leaving all the cards on the page, it is not because I dont like the advice, but because i want a couple more peoples opinions. EX. If I take out all of the other cards then other people wont have a say on the ones I took out, in a few days though I will cut it down to a real deck, any more advice?
I think some artifacts should be kept. like infiltration lens, it helps me get through to my goblins a little quicker, and strat scythe because it is a straight red deck, so if I have 6 mountains my Warren Instigator could be 7/7 double strike. Opinion?
why tuktuk? the rest i can agree to but tuktuk is pretty cool. And more burn spells might be a good idea, what is a red deck without a few burns? Thanks for the opinions.
I love the idea, it is a perfect combo and would surely win the game, do you really know what would top it off? Overwhelming stampede (That is if you havnt already won by then). lol, like it, might inspire me to make something of the type.
Personally I like this deck, I have always wanted to make a burn deck and that is a cool concept. I have begun creating, (very slowly) I got an Ablaze from a friend, now just 2-3 more and some more burning spells to keep her alive. Nice deck.

This Merfolk deck is very fun to play, and I must say that for any properly built Merfolk deck. There is nothing more fun than Islandwalking and your opponent cant do nothing about it. People really underestimate Merfolk, sure there small and weak, but Islandwalk also make them very dangerous. And paired with Equipment or Auras make them actually scary. And thanks for the comment!
Yours does have its ups, I hate making standard decks, there are always really cool cards that I am not allowed to use, it is rather annoying...
Aura Finesse to equip it without paying its huge mana cost, and it pumps up any Merfolk by 3/3, and when they are also unblockable because of the Islandwalking, every time I attack with it and do damage my life total doubles. This has actually happened... TURN 1: Island, Merfolk Spy TURN 2: Island, Spreading Seas TURN 3: Island, Aura Finesse, Celestial Mantle, attack for 4 and my life total becomes 40! It is a good way to start out a game.

This looks better than my Merfolk deck I made for my girlfriend, mostly because that is all legal cards and thats it, it is for tourneys but i still havent tryed it in a tourney yet...
You should maybe add a Garruk Wildspeaker, or even Garruk's Companion, hes cool, 3/2 Trample for {G}{G}. What else would make this deck cool would be more deathtouchers. Like Turntimber Basilisk, and Daggerback Basilisk. Deathtouchers are cool, especially with a good secondary color, white. Hyena Umbra, but that would defeat the purpose of the name of the deck. Lol.

Rampaging Baloths would be cool for this deck, I wouldnt know what to replace though, there are some cool cards.
I will, I plan on making it soon, (or atleast a close creation) But it looks fun, and like it would piss the other player off quite a bit. Fun!
