The only thing is that Hedron Crab and Keening Stone are from the Zendikar block which is about to be replaced in standard :/

I would definetely say add some rise from the graves. They are cheaper than the unearth of some of the cards and you can use it in combonation with corpse connoisseur to get out high mana cost cards and you can keep them in play.
Also, take out the oracles of mul daya. Although it seems they would contribute to the deck chances are you wont have that many lands in your hand and also it costs $3 a piece totalling in $12 which isn't really budget. I have seen budget decks for like $5

so dknight, for my discard deck, should i replace my xathrids, gleancrawlers, and creakwoods for 4 racks and 2 nyxathids OR 2 Racks 2 nyxathids 1 hypnotic specter and 1 guul draz specter?
