Maybe you could put in Phantasmal Image instead of Phyrexian metamorph it has a lower mana cost. I also would consider putting in the now infamous Restoration Angel. Feeling of dread is a good flashbacking control spell that may help you as well.
I Agree with Crowleyz. I think you should cut the desperate ravings and put in 4 delver of secrets. Your deck is mostly spell based right? You could also toss in a singular Talrand.
If your not shooting for standard. I would cut the dismembers and throw in tragic slips, the bloodghasts are great, I also think that Feast of Blood is pretty great. I think that Anwon the ruin sage and gatekeepers of malikir are fun to have in all vamp decks. I also would probably cut the rakish heirs and just put in curse of the stalked prey. I would also probably cut one sorin.
cut the memoricides, the ponders, and the pristine talismans. trade the doom blades for four go for the throats. then add three dissipates.
So think I'll sideboard the the mental missteps, and cut one O-ring. and add some mana
I'd say i win about 65-75% of the time, it doesn't do fantastic against wel constructed control decks. The bloodline works well because you can flip it over pretty fast, then you have a bunch of 4/4 (or better) flying vamps.

If your milling cards I would play some undead alchemists just to poop out some zombie tokens.
