With so many cards that force opponent to shuffle you might add some Archive Traps

I like this one. I would suggest more counterspells and/or things like fog bank to stay alive till T4 when you start hitting with your unblockables. Also with the CMC 20lands should be enough.

What about some Echoing truth? amazing against tokens etc.

Crypt incursion is a great card that to add. Works wonders against creature-based aggro decks like zoo and exiles emrakul at instant speed :)
Also Mesmerick orb is suprisingly strong card.
Also Id suggest to use visions of beyond instead of tome scour.

What about essence harvest on your big guys.

this is just sweet :) idea, budget, mana curve, win cons, I love it all.
can't find anything to suggest, maybe just some one mana discard (despise/duress if you want to stay on budget) to get some time in T1...

Maybe vines of vastwood instead of giant growth...

Mindcrank combos well with guildmage but as u have only 1 each and no tutor for this combo replace it with Mesmerick orb. Also Profane memento is worth to look at.
And u should replace Mind sculpt with breaking//entering, for same mana cost it mills 1 more card.

Ghor-clan rampager for the 4mana slot, decent beater or best bloodrush there is.
Also I'd add 2-3x Rancor.
And With this mana curve I'd replace elves with experimental one....

Well you say Casual in deck title thats why I suggested this.
Anyway the deck does look good but I am not sure about speed of the outlast ability. Cást creature one turn, outlast next turn, attack on third... Would have to try how it works but it looks to me like much slower slivers if you know what I mean...

I agree with necessity of trample here and brawn is good choice. you could use some rancor but I'd vote for brawn. I'm not sure about Dense foliage but thats just first sight I would have to test it. But you should have something to protect the big guys at least in side. Dont know if something like Vines of Vastwood or Rangers guile would serve better or not.
Have a look at Street wraith, it is almost-free creature in grave.
