Probably true about tutors. Anyway I would suggest to stay with B/R for boardwipes.

What about Anger of Gods / Damnation when you play 0 creatures?
Also some tutor for the combo pices would be helpful.

Anyway, I like the concept.

I like this one. Add Skisdag High Priest and you will be able to make demon tokens every turn... It worked for me well when I used to play undying/morbig deck.
Also Tragic slip is great removal for just 1 mana in the deck where your creatures are to die often.
Maybe Rancor would be worth adding as it returns to your hand.
And finaly, with so many sac outlets, I would suggest Grave Pact as 1-of :)

I am not sure about using Splinterfright/Jarad in deck with so much delve and skaab. Maybe use more dredge cards instead?

I like this deck. Well I woudn't want to play against it :)
Have you thought about adding some wincon? Something like Sigil of empty throne or Luminarch ascension?

Bonescythe is a beast. And striking sliver is 1mana sliver out there. With mana slivers and sliver land there shouldn't be a problém with adding red (or even blue for flying). At least I would recommend that. Just wanted to guess the reason why FaQfUce added Quilled in here.

Quill Sliver combos well with Venom sliver... Agree on Hive Stirrings.

This looks very efficient. I could only suggest Spellstutter Sprite for more control, brave the elements for mass protection of the flyers and maybe some 1-of' utility enchantments as you can find them with either Zur or Idilic tutor, like rest in peace, stony silence, mask of asylum, story circle etc
But that would maybe change the course of this deck too much.
