Damnation+incursion should be enough against creature heavy decks. I've seen mill decks doing well with T1 decks but you are right that red burn is almost worst matchup.

from my experience it still mills 3/6 any turn you draw it and leaves a blocker if you need it. But not trying to persuade u to use it, it was just a suggestion. .

I notice you go creatureless, is it on purpose? Otherwise Hedron Crab is something you shouldn't miss, can mill 6 in T2 with one mana still open, leaves body on the field and will keep milling if opponent won't deal with it..
Also Mesmeric orb is a beast especially against aggro decks.

Well, if u decide to add blue, than Jwari Shapeshifter and Sea Gate Loremaster are good options. Even Seascape Aerialist can fit.

It may be a little greedy:) but my thinking was you don't have much to play T1 and this could be great start...

Hi Northy, oyu have some white in this deck, what about some protection for your creatures? Can also give you some evasion for your Nephilim to flood the board with tokens..

+1 for the theme:) I will probably borrow some ideas from you for my casual play if you don't mind...

+1 like from me. I totally agree with slowing the decks for casual play, put in some 1of's as a surprise, especially when playing with same group of players all over again. Magic as I play it is just fun or nothing :)
this is how I play B/U mill in our pub games :)

I never realised until I used it, but for multiplayer, altar of the brood and undead alchemist is a brutal winning condition if any of your opponents have a creature-heavy deck. it won me a lot of games.
(take 4 players, you have altar, on turn 4 you play alchemist. each of them mill 1. is there 1 or more creatures milled? - pretty fair chance - you have token - or more - and they mill again..... )

Nice deck Northy, +1 from me.
I'd suggest some token generator so u always have something to exploit.
