I really like this deck. Good work

oh, and Biomantic Mastery was a mistake to put in. I'd put in something else for that card. It doesn't really draw me much.

My only comment is you don't draw fast enough to make Lorescale dangerous.

Take a look at this draw deck I made. Uses Lorescale, but you draw so much more, making him get huge in a few turns.

Why do you have Marsh Flats and Verdant Catacombs? Since this is mono black, it'd be the same as having them as a swamp. Notice they are "Land" so they'd count as the one land you're allowed to play that turn. You can't play a Swamp and one of those in the same turn (unless you had a card that puts them into play for you i.e. Rampant Growth)

I don't think portcullis is good for this deck. the limit on yourself doesn't actually benefit you.

Not bad. Sunburst was the ability I never got near. Too obnoxious to work with for me. Not bad though

thunderbolt maybe, wall of earth is nice but it doesn't offer any ability to heal you. Drop 1 or 2 Rest for the Weary. Really it all depends on how many Lieges you want to add.

Thrumming Stone + Relentless Rats + Dark Ritual = Game. Every relentless rats deck uses that combo haha. The originality with this deck is nice, but when it comes to this card, that's really the only way to play it :D

One issue I think you'll have is the mana cost. Ninjistu will be key for this deck clearly, and this isn't always cheap. I'd suggest 22-24 lands, for dual lands: Jwar Isle Refuge, Salt Marsh, and Sunken Ruins are nice.

The idea is clear about Ninjitsu, but maybe you could utilize abilities like Fear more. Cards like Dance of Shadows and Cover of Darkness will do the trick nicely.

I'd replace Mistblade Shinobi, Okiba-Gang, and Ornithopter.

You might like Balefire Liege and Contemplation.

A nice dual land for this deck is Battlefield Forge since you'll be gaining more life than losing

Otherwise, solid idea, I like it

I don't use Nantuko Shrine because it will backfire on me when I play Parallel Evolution and Coat of Arms. Don't want to give my opponent anything

Primal Rage would be nice. Gives your bad boys trample. Now you can apply some hurt faster :D

I like this deck. it's original, good use of cards. You might like Lightning Axe.

My only concern is can this deck win if you don't draw Repercussion?

Here, I have a blue/red control deck. It counters and burn. The creatures are there to help with the control, drawing, and to be the finishing killers. See if this gives you an idea.

Your deck isn't bad, but it's more defensive than controlling

I actually like this deck. Original, interesting, and easy. You may want 4 Omnaths to increase your chances of drawing him. Also, you might find that once you have all the mana accellers out, you don't have a hand to play with. Cards like Collective Unconscious and Glimpse of Nature would work nicely with this deck.

I find Kodama's Reach better than Harrow. You don't have to sacrifice. Also, Shivan Oasis is a nice dual land. I like the idea of the deck. If you find that you aren't playing cards fast enough, Treefolk Harbginer is nice for the Forest grab for some mana accel. Summoner's Pact might also be nice. You can grab the final creature for the combo if you find you don't draw the Champion creatures enough.

What are you going to do when you have to pay 8 life a turn with Inner Sanctum, and then Transcendence doubles that, making you have more than 20 life? That combo will backfire 3 turns after having it out.
